现场安全监控系统的研究

摘要
安全生产是社会生产力发展水平的综合反映,是经济发展、社会进步的基础、前提和保障,是构建和谐社会的重要内容,而我国目前的安全生产工作状况与国际水平相比,仍然比较落后,各类厂矿企业的生产事故不时发生。研究该系统的目的是构建一种安全防范系统,它是一种防范能力较强的综合系统,同时它也是企业高效管理好帮手,对于树立良好的企业形象有着不可低估的作用。本文在对现场安全监控系统现状和功能进行综合分析的基础上,针对传统的监控模式已经不能适应现在大、中型工矿企业的大网络、远距离、无人值守监控的需求。研制开发了一套性能较完善的嵌入式现场无线安全监控系统。
     本文将先进的计算机技术、嵌入式系统技术、网络通讯技术、图像处理技术、传感器技术、数据传输技术引入到现场监控中。主要从以下几个方面展开论述:
     本文在一开始分析了安全监控的发展现状、趋势与研发必要性。对以往的安全监控技术进行分析比较,指出嵌入式技术与图像无线传输技术是适合现在安全监控系统的技术,继而对该技术进行了深入研究。
     然后对现场安全监控系统的功能进行了分析设计,设计了现场监控系统的功能模型和整体结构。在此基础上进行功能分析,设计出系统的硬件部分。系统在宏观设计上采用的是模块化结构,把系统分成若干个功能模块。分别论述各个模块的硬件实现,包括主控制器与传感器模块、继电器模块、GPRS模块、音视频采集模块。本文分别论述了各个模块的硬件功能、电路原理,以及用到的主要元器件。
     最后介绍了本系统的软件实现,对MMS彩信业务进行了研究,经实践检验,该方案可行,达到设计要求。
Safe production is a comprehensive reflection of the level of development of social productive forces, is the base and premise and guarantee of economic development and social progress,is an important content of building a harmonious society, while comparison of current security situation of the production work of china and international standards, they are still relatively backward, various types of factories and enterprises of the industrial accidents frequently occur. Study of the system is intended to construct a security guard system, which is an integrated system with a stronger ability to prevent,while it is also a good helper of efficient management of business, it play a significant role for establishing a good corporate image. In this paper, Based on a comprehensive analysis of the status and functions of on-site security monitoring system, Response to the question that the traditional surveillance model now can not adapt to the needs of large and medium-sized industrial and mining enterprises of the big networks, long-distance, unmanned surveillance. Developed a set of better performance, embedded on-site wireless security monitoring system.
     This paper introduced the advanced computer technology,embedded technonogy、network communication technology, image processing technology, sensor technology, data transmission technology used in on-site monitoring. The paper is discussed according to the following sections:
     In this paper, From the very beginning, the development status and trends and The need for R & D of Surveillance system has been analysised. analyse and compare of the past security monitoring technology, through the analysis and compare of the technology we used in the sysytem, embedded technology and image wireless transmission technology is the best standard suitable for wireless home security system.then, the paper expatiates the Technology.
     The whole structure was designed to be based on the functional analysis of on-site security monitoring system. On this basis,through functional analysis, the hardware of the system was designed. This system is a modularization system at the macro, which is consisted of several function modules. respectively, the hardware implementation of each module has been discussed,The system Hardware module includes main controller and sensor module, relay module, GPRS, audio and video capture module etc. This paper discusses the hardware capabilities and electro-circuit principles of each module, the main components used has been introduced in this paper, too.
     Finally the software implementation of this system is discussed in details in the paper, Multimedia Messaging Service has been studied in the paper.
