摘要
近年,随着网络的普及,远程教育在我国发展迅速,通过网络学习获得学位的人员逐年增加,网络辅助面授的方式也正在被越来越多的高校采用。学习是一种社会性行为,无论是在传统的面授教学还是网络教学中,参与者之间的互动和信息交流都可以激励学习者的学习动机,提升学习效率,是促进学习的主要因素。如何建立有效支持社会性学习(Social Learning)的平台以及如何促进学习社群成员的互动一直是教育者关注的研究方向。
     以协同学习理论视角来分析,网络学习社群是以集体互动来促进信息交流和情感沟通的一个系统学习过程,其中互动是关键环节。目前关于学习交互的研究集中在工具支持、教学设计和个体交互行为方面。协同学习理论将以往研究者偏重关注局部的狭窄视角进行了扩展,从社群整体的视角关注互动关系与信息流向,提倡学习社群中信息场、情感场、行动场、知识场、文化场的协同发展。
     相比传统面授教学,网络提供了更丰富的实时与非实时交互工具。但是,即使提供了交流工具和恰当的教学设计,学员也未必会登录平台进行学习互动。恰当的社群信息会激发学员的学习动机和学习热情,促使学员积极的投入到学习交互中。现存教学平台虽然在教学内容存储和交互工具的技术实现方面卓有成效,但缺少信息流动控制与协调机制来确保学习者对社群信息有均衡的获取机会。如果任其自由发展,学员在信息获取方面的不平等会演化为信息获取贫富差距越来越大的现象。
     基于以上的背景,本论文的研究目的是建立一种社群信息聚集与推送机制,将数据挖掘与主动信息服务技术集成到学习平台,加强社群工具空间、角色空间、内容空间的有机联系,促进学习社群中的社会交互。本研究拟解决的问题如下:
     1.以SAKAI实验平台为例,研究社群信息聚集的策略与方法,开发一个信息聚集工具,析出社会交互信息;
     2.以SAKAI实验平台为例,设计并试用一种社群信息主动推送的机制:
     3.解析在社群信息推送机制下,用户的信息行为模式是怎样的?
     4.开展实证研究,探讨社群信息聚集与推送机制对成员有哪方面的影响。本研究以SAKAI平台上的学习社群为实验环境,设计并开发了社群信息聚
