中国联通企业发展战略研究

摘要
中国联通面临着激烈的市场竞争,欲求生存和成功,必须从观念上作出根本转变。以数字化与信息化信息技术为标志的新科技革命,迅速扩大了人们获取和交换信息的机会,并从根本上改善了人们加工和运用信息的能力。科学技术的研究与开发为基础,信息通信技术处于中心地位,新型服务产业扮演着越来越重要的角色。
     本文在研究了信息时代新型企业管理、新型企业组织等基础上,运用企业发展理论加以分析,从历史和全球角度系统分析了中国电信的发展现状,总结了经验和教训,对中国联通在中国电信分营重组中的未来前景作出预测,揭示出中国联通企业发展的重要意义。
     首先,文章从内、外两个方面对企业发展作出探讨,对企业发展的时代特征进行详尽分析,并指出企业必须具备盈利能力,适应能力、竞争能力和创新能力。在第二章里介绍了发达国家及中国电信业发展状况,对电信业管理体制进行国际比较分析。第三章从总体上分析中国联通的发展现状、存在的问题和企业发展的有利条件。第四章深入分析和探讨了中国联通企业发展的各类环境。文章最后分析和研究了中国联通如何面对WTO、技术革新、体制变革,提出中国联通企业发展战略。总之,本文的研究工作有助于中国联通的企业改革和发展。
If China Unicorn that confronts the keen market competition wants to succeed, it must fundamentally change ideas. The new scientific and technological revolution, marked by digital and net-work information technology, quickly expands chances of catching and exchanging information, and radically imposes the ability of working and utilizing information. Then, scientific and technological study and development lays a foundation, information telecom technology become the center, while new services industry makes a increasingly important role.
    
     Studying the new changes of enterprise management and structure that are brought by the new era, the paper systematically analyses the development situation of telecom industry from the angle of history and world, summarizes some experience and lessons, analyses China Unicorn with the theory of enterprise development, forecasts the future prospect of China Unicorn during telecom industry reorganization in China, and reveals the important meaning of its development.
    
     Firstly, the paper internally and extrinsically introduces the theory of enterprises development, and details study of its new time characters, and dwells that enterprises must develop the abilities of competition, fitness, profit and innovation. Secondly, the paper analyses actuality of telecom industry of our country and the developed countries in detail, and compares and analyses the management system of telecom industry between our country and the developed countries. Thirdly chapter chiefly analyses the history of China Unicorn, brilliant achievement, problems and favorable factors of development. The Forth chapter analyses and pursues the whole circumstance of enterprise development of China Unicorn At last the paper studies and analyses how China Unicorn can keep steady development to meet WTO, technology revolution and system change, pointing out the development strategy of the development of China Unicorn. In a word, it is helpful for the reform and development of China Unicorn.
