低温地板辐射供暖的传热研究及设计应用

摘要
本文以埋管型低温热水地板供暖为研究对象,建立数值模拟计算的模型,对设计环节中的地板表面散热量的计算进行了定性的研究。并且论述了如何把所得到的数据运用到设计计算中。最后对包头市一幢新建建筑的地板表面温度等参数进行了测试,验证了该系统的可靠性。同时指出在包头地区应该采用节能墙体才能满足设计要求,最大限度体现低温热水地板供暖的优点。
     供暖地面散热量计算是一个涉及复杂几何尺寸、复杂边界条件下的复合传热问题,本文给出并讨论了地面层材质与厚度、管间距、管径、水温及室温等因素对地面散热量影响的定量关系。并且应用有限单元法得出板体上下表面温度场及相应的双向传热量,进而得出辐射地板的向上及向下传热量与不同的装饰面层和不同的填充层厚度的关系。同时指出了在设计中应如何处理向下及向上传热量。
     通过设计实例论述了如何进行低温热水地板供暖的设计,并且提出了一些本人多年来总结出来的经验。
This article take the pipe installation low temperature hot water floor heating as the research object, establishes the value analog , computation the model, to designed in the link the floor surface heat, dissipating capacity computation to conduct the qualitative research.How and elaborated the data which obtained has utilized to the design calculation in. Finally to Baotou newly built a construction parameter and so on floor surface temperature has carried on the test, has confirmed this system reliability. At the same time pointed out should use the energy conservation wall in the Baotou area to be able to satisfy the design request, maximum limit manifests the low temperature hot water floor heating the merit.The heating ground radiation gauge was involves under the complex geometry size, the complex boundary condition compound heat conduction problem, this article produces and discussed factor and so on ground floor material quality and thickness, tube spacing, caliber, water temperature and room temperature to the ground heat dissipating capacity influence quota relations. And
    applies the limited unit law to obtain about the board body the superficial temperature field and the corresponding bidirectional capacity of heat transmission, then obtains radiates the floor to be upward and to the under capacity of heat transmission and the different decoration surface layer and the different packing layer thickness relations. At the same time had pointed out how should process in the design to under and the upward capacity of heat transmission.Elaborated how through the design example has carried on the low temperature hot w^ter floor heating the design, and proposed some myself for many years have summarized experience.
