TSZ60立体车库分布式控制系统设计与研究

摘要
随着汽车的日益增多,尤其是在人口密集的大都市,解决停车难的问题显得尤为迫切。全自动立体车库作为智能建筑的一部分以其高效、快速、安全等特点成为解决都市停车难问题最有效的途径。立体车库控制系统是实现车库安全、高效率运行的关键。
     本文将分布式控制技术应用于TSZ60立体车库的控制,设计了立体车库分布式控制系统,开发了车库控制软件,并就其可靠性和控制策略、方法进行了研究,主要内容如下:
     1.在分析立体车库运行特点的基础上,得出了立体车库的分级分布式控制的控制思路,设计了立体车库分布式控制系统。
     2.结合车库系统的功能及运行特点,设计了各层的子控制器,设计了收费管理模式,确定了主机与子机之间的通讯过程和通讯协议。
     3.对车库控制系统进行了逻辑分析,提出了确定车库系统可靠性的系统模型及计算方法并对整个系统进行了可靠性分析,确保了系统运行的可靠性。
     4.根据车库车流的特点,对车库在不同控制策略下能耗及存取总时间进行了计算机数学仿真,并根据仿真结果对控制策略进行了优化。
     5.设计实验仿真方案和控制策略仿真软件,离线及在线逻辑调试,并对存车过程进行了实验室模拟实验。
With the number of car increasing more and more fast, especially in big city that population are very denseness, it is very impending to resolving this problem of difficulty parking. The solid garage that was the part of the intellectualized building has gradually become the most effective method for the difficulty of parking in big city, because of it's high efficiency rapidness and security. The control system of solid garage is the key technology for realizing it's safe and high efficiency running.
    In this paper, the distributed control technology was used for the control of garage; the distributed solid garage control system was designed; the control software was empolderred; and the reliability control strategy and method were studied. The main research in this paper are as following:
    1. The solid garage distributed control rule was concluded and the distributed solid garage control system was designed, it based on the known about it's run characteristic.
    2. According the function and the running characteristic of garage, the son controller was designed, the garage charge management mode was designed, the communication protocol between the host computer and the son computer was illuminated,
    3. The system logic analyzing was done. The mathematical model for determining the reliability of garage system was established, the reliability analysis of whole system was done, the running reliability of the system was insured.

    mathematic simulation on energy consume and run time consume in all kinds of control strategy, and control strategy was optimized based on it.
    5. The simulation experimentation was designed, online and offline logic debug was done, and the process of storage car was simulated and experimented in lab.
