中性点有效接地系统电能计量方法研究

摘要
在中性点有效接地系统中,如果参数不对称就会产生零序电流。此时,对电能的计量如果仍采用两元件法,就会产生计量方法的误差。理论分析这一误差的产生是由于零序电流的存在。本文就是应用虚拟仪器技术实现有效接地系统中电能的准确计量,并对电能质量问题进行了一些探讨。在软件上,应用LabVIEW开发平台。采用了LabVIEW图形化软件实现了原有硬件实现的快速傅立叶变换。硬件方面采用PCI总线工控机、数据采集卡、信号调理器。
In the electric power system of neutral point effectively, if parameter is not symmetric, the zero-phase-sequence current will appear. At this condition, the method of metering electric power energy is still of two component connection, the metering error will be brought out. Through theoretical analyses, the zero-phase-sequence current is the reason of the metering error. In this paper, the virtual instrument technique is used in accurate measurement of power energy and the power quality. The software is LabVIEW. By LabVIEW graph software, a series of functions such as DFT is realized. The hardware uses a industry control computer based on PCI bus, a signal converter and DAQ (Date acquisition card to develop).
