玉屏风散对哮喘小鼠模型干预机制的探讨

摘要
通过玉屏风散干预哮喘小鼠模型的实验,从分子免疫学角度,对玉屏风散预防哮
    喘的现代医学机制进行初步探讨。
    本实验选取40只健康雄性小鼠随机分为4组:生理组、造模组、中药组、激素
    组。在经腹腔注射卵蛋白造模后,中药组与激素组每日进行预防给药。14日后激发
    小鼠哮喘发作,并进行CD4、 TCR、MHC Ⅱ等指标的观测,应用PEMS 3. 1软件进
    行统计学处理。实验结果显示,玉屏风散能够影响哮喘模型小鼠CD4+ TCR、MHC
    Ⅱ的表达,改善机体抗原递呈,预防哮喘发作。
    另外,结合中医学哮喘的“伏痰”理论和肺气虚理论,对玉屏风散预防哮喘的机
    制进行探讨。希望能够为今后中西医预防哮喘的研究工作,提供新的思路与方法。
In this article, we studied the mechanism of treating asthma mice model with Yu Ping Feng San, especially in molecular immunology aspect.
    In our experiment, 40 male mice were divided into 4 groups: physiological saline group, mice model group, herbal group, hormone group. First we made asthma mice model with the method of inject egg albumin in the mice's abdominal. Second medicines were given in herbal group and hormone group everyday. We triggered the mice 14 days later, and we also examined indexes of CD4+, TCR, MHCII at the same time, We analyzed these dates with PEMS3.1. Results Yu Ping Feng San could affect the express of CD4+, TCR, MHC II of the model mice, improve the presents of antigen. It also has a good effect on prevent onset of the asthma
    In this article we also studied its mechanism based on Traditional Chinese Medical theory, concerned with theory of "insidious phlegm" and deficiency of lung. We hope we can provide some new thoughts and methods in prevents onsets of asthma with integrated Traditional Chinese Medicine and west medicine.
