摘要
由于企业间竞争的不断加剧,各企业都希望有一套适合自己的管理系统,来辅助管理人员对企业进行管理,从而实现企业资源的整合,提高企业的工作效率和质量,降低企业运营成本,使企业可以为客户提供更好的产品和服务。工作流管理系统可以定义、管理和执行企业的业务流程,并把企业中的组织、人员、信息等资源有效的组织起来,使他们能够协调的工作,从而发挥出最大的效能,这样就可以帮助企业实现上述管理目标,并最终提高企业的市场竞争力。因此,将工作流技术和工作流管理系统引入到企业的管理当中就成为了必然。
     通信企业具有业务流程繁多,过程结构复杂多变,与设备关联紧密等特点,流程管理的难度就要大大高于其他企业,所以对流程管理系统的需求也就更加的迫切。然而,目前并没有一套成熟的、适合通信行业特点的流程管理系统可以使用,现有的系统不是功能简单,就是使用复杂、成本巨大,或者不能适应通信行业的特点。
     本文首先对工作流技术及其相关标准进行了究,继而提出了自己的工作流管理系统的设计方案。方案中包括对系统的体系结构及其中各个模块的详细设计,并针对通信行业中的特殊需求提出了自己的解决方法,力求使整个系统既能提供一般工作流管理系统的功能,又可以适应通信行业发展的现状和特点。在文章最后,我们还使用VC++以及SQL Server等工具对系统的部分模块进行了简单的实现,以此来验证设计的可行性,并希望在将设计转化为实现的同时,对设计的部分细节进行完善。
Because of the aggravating competition between enterprises, many of them hope to have a set of management system which is suitable for themselves, and which can help the administrators to manage the enterprises. With the help of the systems, these enterprises can integrate their resources, improve the working efficiency and quality, reduce their cost, and provide better products and services to their customers. Workflow management systems can define, manage and carry out the business process of these enterprises. They organize the enterprises resources including departments, staff and information to display their best effect, so that they can help these enterprises to achieve their goals and to improve their competitiveness. Therefore, it is necessary to bring the workflow technology and the workflow management system to our enterprises.
     The communication enterprises have too many complex business processes, so it is much harder for them to manage these processes and their demand for the workflow management systems are even more urgent. However, we have no mature workflow management systems suitable for the communication industry to use, the defect of them is that the functions of these systems are so simply or the systems are too hard to use and cost too much, or else they have not considered the characteristic of the communication industry.
     This dissertation dose some research on the workflow technology and the relevant standards, then it brings a design solution of the workflow management system to us. The scheme includes the design of system structure and the module of the structure. It brings forward its own solution to the special demand of the communication industry, and tries its best to make the whole system to provide not only the common function but also the function which adapts for the current situation and characteristic of communication industry. At the end of the dissertation, some modules of the system are carried out to reality by the tools such as Visual C++ and SQL Server. The purpose is to verify the feasibility of the scheme and to perfect the scheme in some details during realization.
