油田注水泵站优化运行改造方案研究

摘要
油田注水是采油生产中最重要的工作之一,它可以有效地补充地层的能量,对提高原油采收率,确保油田高产、稳产起到了积极作用。油田注水既关系着原油产量的稳产高产,同时油田地面注水系统又是高耗能系统,因此提高地面注水泵站效率并对注水泵站运行优化进行研究是十分必要的。本文通过对注水工艺、注水设备进行全面系统的分析研究,在现行注水系统地基础上,对离心泵站、增压泵站及其相关的设备包括离心泵、电机等的效率及其影响效率因素进行了深入的研究,并在研究的基础上针对性地提出了提高注水泵站效率的有效方法和措施,包括采用串联分压与并联分压相结合的复合型分压注水、采用大排量高效率匹配的离心注水泵、大小注水泵合理搭配、离心注水泵叶轮合理拆级等。并以此为基础,提出了对注水泵站运行效率进行评价的诊断规程,来指导泵站的优化运行。在上述理论研究的基础上,对纯梁油田注水系统进行了牢例计算.得到了理相的姑奥。
The water injection system of oilfield is one of the important works inthe oil production. It can supplement the stratum energy effectively, play animportant role in enhance the ratio of crude oil recovery, guaranteed the highand stable production of oil. But at the same time, it is also a big consumersystem of energy, so, improving water injection efficiency and optimize therun of the system is an important subject .The paper researches on thecraftwork of the water injection system, the water injection equipment, thevalve group of water match, based on the present water injection system,study the factor that influence the efficiency of the centrifugal pump station,the turbo-charged pump station, and so on. In the research foundationproposed several effective method to advance the efficiency of the waterinjection system. Including, adopt the compound of the series differentialpressure and the parallel differential, use the centrifugal pump with greatdisplacement and high efficiency, match the different type of pumpreasonably, and so on. Proposed the diagnose regulation for the waterinjection pumping station which was used to guidance the optimized run ofthe system .Implement the study result on Chunliang oilfield and obtain theideal result.
