远程控制实现TD-SCDMA射频单元测试

摘要
TD-SCDMA是中国自主创新的移动通信技术标准,作为3G三大标准之一,目前已经进入了试商用阶段。在目前的整个产业链中,设备制造商最为欠缺的就是将研发导入生产的大规模测试环境。因此,开展针对TD-SCDMA系统的自动测试环境的开发具有重要的理论意义和实际价值。
     本文针对TD-SCDMA射频模块关键技术指标的要求,详细分析了测试原理,给出了测试方法和要点。由于TD-SCDMA系统的特殊性,许多技术指标使用常规的测试方法已经不能满足要求,本文对发射功率、邻信道功率泄漏比以及S参数等关键射频指标提出了适合TD-SCDMA系统的合理测试方法。
     本文根据所有的测试项目,独立设计了针对TD-SCDMA射频模块的完整测试环境。针对射频单元的发射部分和接收部分,结合射频仪表的操作,实现了所有项目的测试,为全自动化程序测试做好了准备。
     本文分析了组建自动测试系统的方法,讨论了测试总线和开发工具的选择。根据实际情况,选择了以通用接口总线GPIB为测试总线、以LabWindows/CVI为软件开发平台,通过对射频仪表厂商所提供函数库的整合,结合LabWindows/CVI提供的GPIB总线平台,以通用的c语言为基本代码语言,自行独立开发完成了一套能够满足目前工厂测试需求的自动化测试系统。
     该系统已经在工厂测试中得到了运用,极大地减少了测试所需的时间和人力,为TD-SCDMA大规模商用做了准备。在移动通信技术后续演进的过程中,自动测试系统会有不少改进的空间。
TD-SCDMA(Time Division-Synchronous Code Division Multiplex Access) is the self-innovation mobile communication technology of China,which is one of the 3rd Generations,has entered the test-commerce now.In the whole industrial chain,the problem for the equipment manufacture at present is the lack of test solution which transport the R&D to produce for the moment.Due to the reason and background,after study many reference documents and with work experience,an automated test solution for TD-SCDMA RF module is useful and merit.
     In the paper,following contents and questions has been described.
     First,according to the key features and targets of TD-SCDMA RF module, the test elements have been analyzed,the test methods have been provided. Because of the particularity of TD-SCDMA,normal test methods are not suitable for some special targets.Reasonable test method for the key features such as power amplify,adjacent channel leakage power ratio,S parameters for TD-SCDMA RF module have been submitted.
     Second,according to the test methods,the whole test solution has been designed.Aim at the transmitter and receiver of RF module,combined the operations of RF instruments,the whole test solution can achieve the testable for all the test methods,which is prepared for the automated test program.
     Third,according to the analysis of auto test solution,appropriate test bus and develop tool which are General-purpose interface bus(GPIB) and LabWindows/CVI have been selected.Through the function depots supplied by the RF instrument manufacture,the General-purpose interface bus(GPIB) supplied by LabWindows/CVI,a integrated automated test solution which is programmed by general program language is accomplished, which can fulfill the demands of equipment manufacture at the moment.
     The automated test system which is running in the factory now can reduce the time and manpower of test obviously,doing the preparative for the extensive-commerce of TD-SCDMA.During the continuous development of mobile communication technology,automated test system also can be improved at a lot of parts to adopt future use.
