江西电网黑启动研究

摘要
随着经济发展,现代社会对电力供应的依存度越来越高,大停电事故造成的危害也越来越大,目前电力部门对恢复控制(黑启动)的管理也从主要依靠个人经验转变到制定各种导则使之规范化、程序化。
     随着电力系统规模的不断扩大,电网跨区互联,甚至全国互联的局面已基本形成。电网互联满足了用户对电力的数量和质量日益增长的需求,但其网内各子系统之间的相互影响也越来越强烈,局部系统的故障可能酿成大面积停电事故,甚至导致整个系统的瓦解。《电力系统安全稳定导则》明确要求各大电网要进行电力系统全停后黑启动方案的制定和试验的实施。
     本文结合江西电网实际情况,对江西电网架构和各种运行方式进行分析,选取最佳的黑启动电源和最优的启动路径,从而能以较快的速度逐渐恢复电网。对预设的黑启动方案进行全程审核,模拟仿真试验,以指导电网黑启动试验。进行黑启动过程关键技术的研究,主要是黑启动过程中继电保护配置和整定的研究,黑启动机组自励磁研究,黑启动路径空载合闸过电压研究,启动厂用负荷时电压与频率研究,负荷恢复过程中对机组的冲击等。
Along with the economical development, the modern society is more and more high to the electric power supply degree of dependency, greatly power cut the harm which the accident creates more and more to be also big, at present the electric power department to restores the control (black start) the management also from mainly depends upon individual experience to transform to formulates each kind to lead causes it standardization, the sequencing.
     With the continuous expansion of the scale of power systems, power grids, cross-connected, and even the national situation of the Internet has been basically formed. Interconnected power grid for electricity to meet customers growing demand for quantity and quality, but the net interaction between the various subsystems have become stronger, partial system failure, could lead to large-scale power outages, or even cause the entire the collapse of the system. ((Power System Security and Stability)) clearly calls for major power to conduct full-stop after the power system black-start program development and pilot implementation.
     In this paper, the actual situation in power in Jiangxi, Jiangxi Power Grid architecture and analysis of various operational modes to select the best black start power supply and the optimal path for the startup to be able to gradually restore power much faster. Black-start program for pre-set for the entire review, simulation testing, to guide the power grid black start test. For black-start the process of key technology research. Is mainly black-start the process of relay configuration and setting the research, black start unit self-excitation studies, black-start path of no-load closing over-voltage studies, to start plants with load voltage and frequency studies, the load on the unit during the recovery process shock.
