飞机时限监控系统的设计与实现

摘要
对于国内各航空兵部队而言,维修工程直接关系到其战斗力的成长和提高。长期以来,国内军机的维修信息管理工作主要停留在人工上,效率低,成本高,航空兵部队内部及各个军机维修部门之间的维修资料、航材、设备、维修经验没有很好的实现资源共享,而且对信息资源没有很好的信息处理系统,同时停机坪一线飞机维修故障排除工作存在信息需求量大与处理效率低之间的矛盾,从而导致航空兵部队执行任务的时间延误,造成部队整体战斗力不高。
     在参照美国军方最新提出的飞机维修数字化技术方案,针对国内航空兵部队维修信息管理中存在的问题,结合中国某航空兵团的具体工程需求与实践,本文提出一种新的军机维修信息支持系统——飞机时限监控系统。该系统将计算机网络、数据库、通信工程、软件工程等技术有机结合,首先用Internet/Intranet技术构建军队内部局域网,然后将飞机维修最原始的资料——维修手册电子化录入到主机系统,达到在各终端的快速信息访问,并针对军用飞机维修中对飞机有寿机件德严格要求的特点,特别开发了相应的机件信息查询和追踪系统功能,提高飞机的有寿机件使用寿命的控制与故障排除速度。最后在此基础上,开发维修部门内部各单位的综合信息处理系统以对维修行为与决策提供信息支持。
     本论文对我国航空兵部队的信息化情况进行了分析,对军用飞机的日常维护流程进行了抽象,得出了用户的具体需求分析;讨论了IMIS(维修综合信息系统)在中国发展的情况,提出了限制IMIS在我国发展的因素,以及应对措施:根据我国航空兵部队的实际情况开发了IMIS系统的基本功能系统——飞机时限监控系统,并以此为IMIS系统的扩展平台;研究了三层C/S体系结构在开发基于Internet/Intranet的军用信息系统中的应用:应用面向对象的思想创建了系统模型和数据库模型,并根据模型进行了相应的系统设计数据库设计;应用VissualC++和SOL Server2000进行了系统开发。
To most of domestic airline armies, the maintenance engineering is concerned to their survivals and development. For a long time, most of the airlines are still in the primitive stage of manual management on maintenance information, which is in low efficiency and high cost. The share of resource such as maintenance information, airline materials, equipments and maitenance experience is not well realized in airline armies and between other maitenance departments. Also, there is not a good information management system to manage information resource. At the same time, there exists the contradiction between great information demand and low efficiency in the work of troubleshooting in the front line of parking apron. Therefore, the delays of the flights always happen ,and the whole battle effectiveness goes down.Referring to the newest proposal on aircraft digital maintenance technology of the military of U.S.A , aimming at the problems of the information management system of traditional civil aviation maintainence engineering, and integrating the real demand and practice of some Chinese aviation corps, this thesis come up with a new system— aircraft time-limiting detecting system. This system is made up by the technologies of computer network, database, communication engineering, software engineering and etc. First of all, it establishes a intreior military LAN with Internet/Intranet technology, then it inputs the primitive information—maitenace notebook into the host computer system to achieve the fast information access in every terminal. What's more, aiming at the strict requirement of life-limiting components in avions, it especially develops corresponding information inquirement and tracking system functiuon to improve the control of using life of life-limiting components and the speed of failure elimination. At last, based on this, it develops a comprehensive information management system of maitenance departments' units to supply information for maitenace and decision-making.This thesis analyses the information status of our country's aviation armies, abstracts the dialy maintenace flow of avions and elicits the material user demand analysis. It discusses the IMIS( Integrated Maintenace Information System) development in Chia and brings forword the factors to restrict its development and replying measures. According to the fact of our aviation armies, it develops the basic function system of IMIS— airlane time-limiting detecting system, which is the expanding flat of IMIS. It reserches the application of three layers C/S system stucture in military information system based on Internet/Intranet, builds up system and database model under the object-oriented idea, designs relevant database by these models, and developes the system with Vissual C++ and SQL Server2000.
