质量管理在军工企业中的应用
摘要
成都成飞电子设备厂为了发展战略的要求，需要建立一套满足国军标GJB9001A-2001要求的质量管理体系。本人作为该厂的一名职工，承担了为成都成飞电子设备厂建立质量管理体系做一个具体可行的方案的任务。
要正确建立符合国军标GJB9001A-2001要求的质量管理体系，必须正确认识国军标GJB9001A-2001的内容和特点，吸收全面质量管理的思想和方法，同时结合电子厂自身的实际情况和产品的特点，才能建立起符合国军标GJB9001A-2001要求的质量管理体系。
为此，本文第一章在全面质量管理的这一小节内容中，概括地介绍了全面质量管理的思想、内容和特点；在第二节中介绍了国军标GJB9001A-2001形成过程，从四个方面出发，简要地阐述了国军标GJB9001A-2001内容和特点；在第三节中，从全面质量管理的四大特点分析了全面质量管理和GJB9001A-2001的相互关系。通过这一章的内容，从思想上为建立质量管理体系做出方向和指导。
接着，在第二章第一节和第二节中对质量管理体系的内容、组成和结构进行了阐述；在第三节中详细介绍了质量管理体系四大要素的内容，并用PDCA方法分析了四大要素的相互关系。通过这一章的内容，为建立质量管理体系从组成、结构和内容方面做出了具体的要求和指导，为建立成都成飞电子设备厂质量管理体系打下基础。
然后，在第三章中首先对电子厂的质量管理状况和产品特点进行了分析，并根据质量管理体系的内容，以及国军标GJB9001A-2001的要求，结合成都成飞电子设备厂自身的情况及产品的特点，为工厂质量管理体系的四大要素做出了具体的方案；并对每个给出的方案，针对电子厂的具体情况，对方案的形成进行了具体的分析和说明。
接下来，在第四章中依据国军标GJB9001A-2001“体系应形成文件”的要求，并根据成都成飞电子设备厂质量管理体系的内容为工厂的质量管理体系文件形成了方案。
最后，在第五章中对此质量管理体系在试运行过程中可能出现的问题进行了预测，并给出了相应的解决方案。
Strategically, Chengdu Chengfei Electronic Devices Factory needs to establish a quality management system in order to meet the requirements of GJB9001A-2001. As one of the staff, the author undertook making a feasible scheme for the quality management system.
To properly establish a quality management system, based on GJB9001A-2001, it is important to know well the contents and features of GJB9001A-2001, to understand the theories and approaches of total quality management as well as the characteristics of products of the factory.
The article first presents GJB9001A-2001 and total quality management as well as the relationship between them. Then it expounds the quality control system, its four elements and relationship between them.
Next, based on quality management system and GJB9001A-2001 as well as the features of the factory and its products, the article introduces a detailed scheme for the four elements of the quality management system.
Also based on the requirement of GJB9001A-2001, i.e. the system should be in the form of files, the article makes a plan about the quality management system files.
Finally, the article predicts some problems which are likely to arise in the process of testing the quality control system and possible resolutions are suggested.
