汽车性能检测远程监控系统开发

摘要
本文针对传统的C/S结构的汽车检测线,以桦甸市机动车综合性能检测线为实例,开发了一套基于B/S结构的远程汽车监控系统,解决了目前汽车检测线的数据传输范围仅限于局域网内部,其数据对外传输仅限于通过拨号网络进行简单的数据传送,汽车性能不能通过远程进行实时监控的问题。实现了远程的实时检测、文件管理和查询等功能。使相关部门和个人能够足不出户对汽车性能进行远程监控、数据管理和对系统维护。
     本文基于MS SQL SERVER2000数据库系统,运用ASP技术实现了远程Web界面与本地服务器连接;开发了实时监控汽车性能远程数据的管理系统软件;在硬件方面,对于现有网络设备进行改造,建立宽带网络并进行拓扑优化,以此实现搭建软件运行的硬件环境;从软硬件两方面实现汽车整体性能的远程检测与检测过程监控。

     At present, China's auto vehicle performance testing is mainly localized to the traditional line-based testing, The main scheduling logged by the detection machine, Host, servers, the machines, printers, dot matrix LED display, signal acquisition modules, control modules and detection signal processing system components can not achieve long-range detection and monitoring functions. And the issues to be studied is the use of modern interface technology, computer networks and communications technology, by the latest object-oriented software technology and virtual programming technology Development of the traditional automobile testing for the overall transformation of the means to achieve the overall performance of automobile remote monitoring and detection.
     In this paper the existing traditional C/S detection line structure, Without changes to existing inspection station hardware detection equipment and software control system, under the premise of the application of modern interface technology, Computer network communication technology, respectively, to the future development of ASP, application development B/S structure, using Microsoft SQL SEVER 2000 for the background database, Automotive Performance of the detection system of local computers and remote client computer equipment to provide an intuitive, realistic application environment.
     The hardware structure of the establishment of the automobile inspection system is remote from the server. work - and - Remote Monitoring (including database) three major components, including server, the end of the local composition, traditional and original vehicle detection system basically the same and also includes login scheduling machine, the server, the host computer, - Position control computer (work side), printers, dot matrix LED display, signal acquisition module detection control unit and signal processing system components, and then by adding broadband ADSL equipment, broadband router, Internet network switches and Internet link, placing Internet-based green, Remote Control-can be visited via the Internet server, use ASP-based structure of automobile remote detection system, B/S Windows Server 2000 election as a network server systems; is a powerful data management capabilities of SQL Server 2000 database server as a database system and the use of existing software applications Automobile Inspection data interface technology, not to change the existing auto-detection software application, by calling the background database for detection and control of data backup.
     According to the moniter system functional requirements, application environment, application and enterprise-scale features, network security, ease of maintenance, scalability, and other aspects considered erecting LAN using unshielded twisted pair formed five-100M Fast Ethernet; using a 8 switchboard equipment for the center, connecting eight-position control computer its network bandwidth can completely meet the needs of existing control; through a broadband router to connect to the Internet. Remote Control-end can reallize data monitoring, remote access and data backup.

     Automotive performance remote monitor system for the development still remain in the internal LAN stage, only through dial-up connections means simple data transmission traditional detection line, greatly improving the efficiency of its work, reduced the cost of maintenance, simplified working procedures. As for the rapid development of network technology today, further testing of the vehicle and network integration, In this environment through the Internet to achieve long-range computer equipment for the detection of local visual monitoring and data The acquisition, and thus reach the remote user information for the local observation, the associated control departments can easily be created on the right of local resources effectively understand and control, thus enhancing the vehicle detection accuracy, reliability and related regulatory departments.
