网络模式的电网事故处理仿真培训系统

摘要
本文研究了电网事故处理培训专家系统,作者根据电力系统自动化技术的发展趋势,以衡水电网配电系统为研究对象,研制了客户机/服务器网络模式的电网故障仿真培训系统,实现了教员台/学员台的教学功能。使用该系统,可以训练提高电网调度人员判断故障和处理故障的能力。本文研究了分层式的电网解列判断方法,应用人工智能的搜索技术,进行电网拓扑搜索,以判断电网是否解列,简化了电网解列判断的过程及其前期准备工作。采用多媒体技术和网络技术相结合的教学形式,提供了一种新型的授课方式,使教学材料、交互方式、教学环境都发生了根本性的变化。
A dispatcher training simulator for restoration of power system is studied in this paper, according to the developing tendency of the electric power technology, the author developed a net-based client/server mode fault diagnosis simulator of Hengshui power system, realized the training function of teacher PC/student PC. The simulator can train the dispatchers' ability of diagnosing and processing faults in power networks. This paper studied the method on the detection of network islands after faults, which is based on layer-separation and region-separation of network topology, the searching technique is applied to the analysis of the power system topology, simplified the process of the detection of network islands. Multi-media net tutor system is used to provide a new type of teaching, makes the teaching material, communicating mode and teaching circumstance changed deeply.
