大型钢铁企业销售物流车船管控系统研究

摘要
大型钢铁企业销售物流具有物流量大、物流路径长、运输方式复杂等特点,涉及到货物信息采集追踪、车辆监控调度等多个环节。现代GPS/GIS空间信息技术、移动通信技术和计算机网络技术的快速发展,为建立现代化的基于GPS/GIS的车船管控系统创造了条件,该类系统的开发和应用,可以降低物流风险,提高钢铁物流效率。针对现有大型钢铁企业的特殊需求,研究大型钢铁企业销售物流GPS车船管控系统的开发过程,探讨智能报警、车船监控和作业单跟踪等管控手段的信息系统设计与实现方法,具有重要的现实意义。
     论文从总体设计的角度阐述了基于GPS/GIS技术的车船管控系统的逻辑架构、系统结构和数据库建设,进行了设备选型并对通讯协议进行了详尽分析。在三层C/S模式体系结构设计基础上,论文详细设计了通讯服务器、应用服务器和客户端等软件模块的设计与实现过程,包括车船监控定位、区域调度、作业单跟踪、各类异常报警、地图信息查询显示和运能分析等各类管控功能。探讨了基于XML和多线程网络通讯的系统集成方法,并成功应用于武钢GPS车船管控系统与武钢现有信息系统和承运单位各已建GPS子系统的信息对接中,保证了其数据传输的实时性、完整性和准确性。
     本文提出的GPS管控系统开发方案,拓展了国内现有的车船监控系统的基本功能,具有更强的管控效果,更加满足大型钢铁企业的应用需求,对类似系统的构建具有重要的借鉴作用。
The logistics of giant iron and steel enterprise which involves the product information collection, scheduling and monitoring of vehicles and other areas,has many characteristics, such as the large transportation amount, the long logistics path and the complicated transportation mode. The establishment of an advanced logistics management and control system is made possible by the rapid development of modern GPS/GIS spatial information, mobile communication and the computer network technology. The application of such systems can reduce the logistics risk and improve its efficiency. For the special demands of iron and steel enterprise, the research for the development process of GPS management and control system, the discussion for the information system design and implementation of the control operations, such as intelligent alarm, vehicle monitoring and product track, has important significance.
     From the overall design perspective, the logic architecture, C/S system structure and database construction based on GPS/GIS technology is elaborated by this thesis, a detailed analysis of communication protocols is conducted and the equipment selection is finished. Base on the three-tier C/S model design, the GPRS server, application client server, client and other software modules is detailed designed by this thesis and a lot of management and monitoring functions such as location, region scheduling, product track, intelligent alarm, electronic map display and query, transport capacity analysis is realized. What’s more, an integration method based on XML and multi-thread network communication technology is carried out, successfully applied to WISCO GPS management and monitoring system, which ensures data can be transferred completely, instantly and correctly.
     The functions of the existing domestic GPS monitoring system is expanded by the GPS control system project.?The special requirements of large-scale iron and steel sales logistics is met better, so it’s worth to be implemented in iron and steel enterprise logistics.
