车载监控系统设计

摘要
交通运输业伴随着社会经济的进步和发展,在近年内涨势迅猛,越来越多的车辆走进国人的生活。道路交通量的增加,却因为公路建设发展的相对滞后,导致了交通压力陡增,事故频繁发生,给国家和个人带来损失。面对有限的资源和财力以及自然环境的压力,公路建设量的加大也将受到限制,这就需要依靠其它方法来满足日益增长的交通运输需求。智能交通系统中的车辆监控系统的引进和应用在目前能较好的解决这一问题。通过对车辆的定位、监控、远程调度,使得运输车辆得到充分、合理的使用,节约运输时间,保障运输安全。
     论文通过对全球卫星定位系统(GPS)、通用分组无线业务(GPRS)和地理信息系统(GIS)的技术的利用,以及利用单片机为核心,通过B/C模式的监控服务器中心,设计开发了具有监控,导航,调动功能的物流车载监控系统。与一般的车载监控系统不同的是本系统拥有自己的特殊监控点,即监控车辆加油时间及地点、停车卸货地点以及卸货量,通过安装不同的传感器来实现对其的监控。
     本文设计的运输车物流监控系统针对实际要求而开发,通过西安金鑫水泥制品有限公司的使用,达到实际应用要求。
Along with the development and progress of social and economy in recent years, the transportation rise rapidly, more and more vehicles driven into people's life. The increase of road traffic results in the loss of our country and people for the highway construction lagging development, which also leads to the traffic accident happened frequently and pressure rise sharply. Owing to the limited resources and financial resources and the pressure of the natural environment, the project of the highway construction will be restricted, so other ways which can meet the increasing demand of transportation will be relied on. A technology should be introducing and using, it's the vehicle location and on-board monitor system. It is a good way to solve this problem and it is a part of Intelligent Traffic System. We have got a way that would maximize the use of existing resources.It includes vehicles of positioning,monitoring and controling.It will help to achieve the goal of saving the transportation time, vehicles surveillance and managing in a scientific way.
     The thesis gives an introduction of the technology that is applied. They are the Global Position System (GPS), the General Packet Radio Service (GPRS), the Geographic Information System (GIS) technology, the single chip and the watching center of B/C mode. The system contains two important parts:the centralized watching center and the mobile terminals, and they were described from the element of hardware and the design and implementation of software. Then this system has its own special signal detection to satisfy the specified requirements. When the lid of oil tank is opened, the van is discharging and surveys discharge quantity. These informations are detected from sensors that were installed in different position.
     This system is exploited in view of the actual requirement, which realize the complete monitoring, control function for physical distribution fleet. At the same time, it has a low cost for developer.
