间歇训练法在普通高校课余游泳训练队的应用研究

摘要
游泳训练作为普通高校课余训练的重要组成部分之一,一直备受关注。其训练的目的是在比赛中取得优异的运动成绩为本校争光。但目前各个普通高校由于体育条件和游泳教练员自身素质的限制,游泳教学和课余游泳训练开展的很不好,导致组建课余游泳训练队困难,因此,如何更好的提高游泳比赛成绩就是组建游泳队的普通高校教练员要解决的首要问题。本研究就是针对科学提高高校课余游泳训练队的运动成绩而作,试图将以往经常应用于田径等项目训练中的间歇训练法应用于高校课余游泳队的训练当中,以吉林华桥外国语学院的课余游泳队为实验对象,按照分组分别训练对比训练结果的方法,探讨该方法对运动训练的积极作用和弊端,希望能对广大教练员和教师有所帮助。
     本研究通过文献资料法、专家访谈法、实地调查法、测试比较法、实验法、数理统计法等研究方法,阐明了本次研究的意义,综述了关于间歇训练法国内、外的研究和应用现状,其中着重阐述了间歇训练法在普通高校游泳训练方面的探索,阐述间歇训练法和游泳训练的概念,确定了本文研究的前提。对研究对象在实验、跟踪记录数据的基础上,对比实验组和对照组的生理指标变化情况和运动技术指标提高情况,找出不同的运动训练方法对运动成绩影响的差异性,总结间歇训练法应用在游泳训练中的利与弊,为抽象研究提供有力的支撑。并依据此次研究得出如下结论:应用间歇训练法对提高大学生游泳运动员的呼吸与心血管系统的技能、陆上专项身体素质、水中专项技术成绩及比赛中规定项目运动成绩都具有积极的作用。能提高大学生游泳运动员的体能和游泳技术的稳定性,提高整体训练的效率,其训练效果明显优于传统训练法;需要在游泳训练中进行反复的训练实践,才能进一步探索出间歇训练法在大学生课余游泳训练中应用的基本规律;应用间歇训练法来提高大学生游泳运动员的运动成绩是可靠的、切实可行的,也是科学的。间歇训练法在大学生课余游泳训练中是一种比较简便、全面与高效的训练方法。
The swimming training takes one of ordinary university after school training important components, has received the attention. Its training's goal is makes the outstanding movement progress in the competition to bring honor for this school. But the present each ordinary university as a result of the sports condition and the swimming trainer own quality's limit, the swimming teaching and the after school swimming training development is not very good, causes to set up the after school swimming training force to be difficult, the most important question which therefore, how the better enhancement swim meet result is sets up the ordinary university trainers who swimming team needs to solve. This research will be aims at the science to enhance the university after school swimming training force the movement result to do, attempts formerly frequently to apply in project training and so on track and field intermittent training methods applies in middle the university after school swimming team's training, take the lucky Linhua bridge foreign language institute's after school swimming team as the experimental subject, trained the contrast training result separately according to the grouping the method, discussed this method to the movement training positive role and the malpractice, hoped that could has the help to the general trainers and the teacher.
     This research through the literature material law, the expert interview law, research techniques and so on survey procedure, test comparison test, cut-and-try method, mathematical method of average, had expounded on the spot this research's significance, summarized about the intermittent training method home, the outside research and the application present situation, elaborated emphatically the intermittent training method in the ordinary university swimming training aspect's exploration, elaborated the intermittent training method and the swimming training's concept, had determined this article studies premise. To the object of study at the experiment, in the track data recording's foundation, the contrast experimental group and control group's physiological target change situation and the movement technical specification enhances the situation, discovers the different movement training method to the movement result influence difference, summarizes the intermittent training method application in the swimming training advantage and the shortcoming, provides the powerful support for the abstract research. And rests on this research to draw the following conclusion: The application intermittence training method to enhances the university student to swim athlete's breath and the cardiovascular system's skill, in on land special physical quality, the water in the special technical result and the competition stipulated that the project movement result has the positive function. Can enhance the university student to swim athlete's physical ability and the swimming technology stability, enhances the whole training the efficiency, its training effect surpasses the traditional training method obviously; Needs to carry on the repeated training practice in the swimming training, can further explore the intermittent training method in the university student after school swimming training the application basic rule; The application intermittence training method enhances the university student to swim athlete's movement result is reliable, practical and feasible, is also the science. The intermittent training method is one kind is quite simple in the university student after school swimming training, comprehensive and the highly effective training method.
