基于工作流的企业业务过程自动化关键技术研究

摘要
工作流技术是实现企业业务过程建模、业务过程仿真分析、业务过程优化、业务过程管理与集成,从而最终实现业务过程自动化的核心技术。研究和推广工作流技术对于促进制造业信息化具有重要的现实意义。工作流与数据管理技术的结合为业务过程自动化提供了技术实现手段。本文针对业务过程自动化实现过程中涉及到的相关问题进行了研究。
     本文首先分析了企业工作流模型的组成以及模型之间的相互关系。在此基础上,结合应用实际总结了过程模型、组织模型的建立过程。
     其次,本文对基于工作流的业务过程自动化实现方法进行了分析,着重研究了基于群件Lotus Domino的实现方法。在对基于Domino的工作流实现原理进行研究的基础上,总结了基本的工作流实现方式,并设计了过程定义与执行程序相互分离的流程定制方式的实现方案。针对业务过程数据管理,给出了非结构化数据管理和数据源集成的解决方法。
     最后,本文以某飞机制造公司办公自动化系统的设计开发过程为例,对业务过程自动化实现过程中的关键问题,如组织模型的建立、业务过程模型的建立与分析、基于工作流的业务流程实现方法、用户权限设置、Web客户端设计与实现等问题给出了具体的解决方法。该办公自动化系统运行稳定、正常,实现了企业办公业务的自动化。
Workflow technology is a key technology to business process modeling, simulating, optimizing, management and integration, for the purpose of realizing business process automation. The research and application of workflow technology has great significance to manufacturing industry. The combination of workflow and data management technology provides a solution to business process automation. Some research on relevant problem of this field was done in this paper.
    Firstly, the composition of enterprise workflow model and the interrelation of each part was analyzed in this paper. Based on the analysis of workflow model, the process to build process model and organization model was summarized.
    Secondly, the methods to realize business process automation were analyzed and focus was placed on the method based on Lotus Domino, a kind of groupware platform. Based on the research of workflow principle on Domino platform, the basic workflow realization method was summarized and the solution in which process definition is separated with enactment services was designed. After that, a solution to unstructured data management and the integration of multiple data resource was given in this paper.
    Finally, an example of business process automation was given through an office automation system. According to the development process of this system, methods were given on building organization model, building and analyzing business process model, realizing business process automation through workflow technology, user management and the design and realization of web client. The office automation system has realized the automation of office process and runs steadily.
