基于拼合法的折叠纸盒结构CAD系统的研究

摘要
综合考察国内外包装CAD的发展,针对已有纸盒结构CAD系统的不足,本
    文将现代CAD技术与理念融入折叠纸盒结构的设计中,提出了基于拼合法折叠纸
    盒结构CAD系统(Folding Carton System)的设计方案。
    首先,收集折叠纸盒,分析其结构特点,提取工艺参数,归纳、整理出用于构成
    盒片的盒片零件;然后,重点研究和探讨了基于拼合法折叠纸盒结构CAD系统的
    理论和方法;最后,具体讨论了软件的整体设计思路以及实现过程。
    本文所做的盒片和盒片零件是参数化的,用户可以根据实际需要对盒片及盒片零
    件的参数进行调整;将拼合技术应用于纸盒结构CAD系统中,可以弥补现有纸盒结
    构CAD系统的不足;采用拼合技术拼合盒片的设计方法,不但降低了纸盒结构设计
    的复杂性,而且可以单独处理成盒后的每一个盒面,为下一步对纸盒进行装潢设计创
    造了有利条件。
Based on the review of international and national development of packaging CAD and the summation of the defects existing in folding carton CAD systems, Modern CAD technique and the method of piecing together are used in designing folding carton structure, and a new total programme of folding carton structure CAD system based on the method of piecing together is put forward.Firstly, the structure of the collected folding carton is analyzed and the technics parameters are picked up, then the carton parts that form the carton are settled. Secondly, the theory and method of folding carton structure CAD system based on the method of piecing together are studied and discussed. Finally, the idea of integer design and realization of the system are discussed in details.The carton and carton parts designed is parameterize, and consumer can adjust the carton and carton parts by using these parameters. Using piecing together technique in the system can make up the shortage of the existing carton structure CAD system. The method not only reduces the complicacy of the carton design, but can deal with every face of the carton, and it creates advantageous conditions in carton upholster for the next step.
