高中体育教学中培养学生终身体育意识的对策研究

摘要
随着科学技术的迅猛发展,人们物质文化水平有了很大的提高。社会进步的同时也给人类的健康产生了日益严重的威胁。健康问题已引起了社会极大的关注,健康逐渐成为人们的第一需要。
     随着终身教育思潮的兴起,终身体育也逐渐成为各国体育发展的一个热点。高中体育教育作为基础教育的一部分,对培养学生的终身体育锻炼习惯将起着基础、指导作用。高中体育教学应以终身体育为主线,向学生传授体育的价值观念、知识与技术,教会学生如何学习,使学生学会选择学习对象、机会及锻炼方法,同时培养学生终身不间断的学习习惯,培养学生终身体育意识与能力。
     本文在终身体育教育理论指导下,结合当前高中生体育意识现状,对高中体育教学进行研究。立足于高中体育课堂的实际教学,优化体育课堂教学。主要采用了文献资料、问卷调查等研究方式,结合了国内外相关的研究成果,着重以如何培养学生的终身体育意识为出发点对学校体育与终身体育的关系、高中学生终身体育意识的现状、如何在体育教学中培养学生终身体育的意识的三个方面问题进行了深入、全面的分析和研究。本文旨在使高中体育教师在新课程思想的指导下,对教学目标的设立、自身所具备的教学能力、对教学活动和教学过程的控制管理以及教学评价等体育教学的重要环节有充分的了解和深刻的认识,在课堂教学过程中提取出如何在高中体育课堂教学中培养学生的锻炼习惯、建立体育锻炼意识,制定相应的应对策略。
With the sudden and violent development of science and technology, people’s material and education level has been increased a lot. At the same time, the social advances also bring the increasingly serious menace to the people’s health. Health problems have drawn a lot of attention from the society and good health has gradually become people’s prime want.
     Along with the springing up of the trend of lifelong education, lifelong education has gradually become a focus in the development of physical education in all the countries. Physical education in senior middle schools, as a part of elementary education, will play a basic and instructive role in developing students’habit of doing physical exercises for the whole life. Physical education in senior middle schools should take the motif of lifelong physical education, teach the students values, knowledge and skills in sports, instruct the students how to learn and help them learn to choose the object for study, the opportunity for study and the style of exercises. At the same time, it should develop students’habit of studying continually for a lifetime and cultivate students’thoughts and capability of lifelong physical education.
     With the instruction of educational theory of lifelong physical education, this thesis carries out a research into the physical education in the senior middle schools in the light of the present state of the current senior middle school students’sports ideas. This thesis aims to optimize the physical education in class based on the actual activities in the physical education classes in senior middle schools. Various studying ways such as research into the document materials and investigation by questionnaire are adopted in the light of related fruits of research from home and abroad to fulfill the task. This thesis, with the consideration of the emphasis on how to cultivate students’lifelong sports ideas, contains a thorough and comprehensive analysis and research concerning the questions of the three aspects: relationship of school physical education and lifelong physical education, the present state of current senior middle school students’lifelong sports ideas and how to cultivate students’lifelong sports ideas in physical education. This thesis aims to help physical education teachers in senior middle schools have a rich understanding and a deep comprehension concerning the key links in physical education such as the setting up of teaching aims, the possessed teaching ability of their own, the management in the control of teaching activities and teaching course and evaluation of teaching under the instruction of the thoughts in new curriculum. They must draw in the course of physical education in class how to develop students’exercising habit in the physical education in class in senior middle schools, form the ideas of sports exercises and lay down the measures to deal with the problem accordingly.
