社会资本、组织学习对物流服务企业动态能力的影响研究

摘要
摘要:随着网络、信息技术的发展,全球经济呈现新的发展态势。新经济快速发展及市场环境复杂多变,物流服务企业生存发展难以预测。关注新经济时代物流服务企业动态环境下保持竞争优势持续性,赢得网络资源和社会资本的竞争优势,强化物流服务企业竞争力,成为学术界和企业界亟需解决的现实问题。
     事实上,由于长期以来受计划经济体制影响及市场信誉机制制约,致使我国物流服务企业存在着物流服务业整体发展水平低、专业化物流服务能力弱等问题。为适应大力发展我国物流服务产业需要,提高物流服务企业动态能力以增强持续竞争优势及强化竞争力,本文以企业社会资本理论、组织学习理论、企业动态能力理论、物流服务能力理论为研究理论基础,运用理论研究、实证研究和案例分析相结合的方法,借鉴引入知识观的最新思路,从“结构—关系—认知”三维度系统地分析社会资本、组织学习对物流服务企业动态能力的作用机理和影响关系,初步建立社会资本、组织学习对物流服务企业动态能力影响研究的理论框架和政策框架,为大力发展物流服务产业,提升物流服务企业动态能力提供理论依据和决策参考,具有极其重要的现实意义和理论价值。
     本文共分为八章:除第一章绪论、第二章文献综述与理论基础和第八章结论与展望之外,其余各章从不同角度论述社会资本、组织学习如何作用影响物流服务企业动态能力。首先,归纳综述企业社会资本理论、组织学习理论、企业动态能力理论、物流服务能力理论,为本研究提供理论基础;其次,深入地论证社会资本、组织学习对物流服务企业动态能力作用机理和影响关系。在此基础上,提出理论假设并构建社会资本、组织学习对物流服务企业动态能力影响的关系模型;结合典型案例企业,分析社会资本对物流服务企业动态能力作用;运用结构方程建模技术,采集中部地区物流服务企业样本数据,对组织学习作为社会资本影响物流服务企业动态能力中介作用进行实证检验。最后,借鉴中储物流服务企业能力提升的经验,针对当前物流服务企业存在的问题,就如何构建物流服务企业持续竞争优势及强化竞争力,进一步从关系网络分析视角探讨战略联盟对物流服务企业动态能力提升的有效途径。通过分析与论证,得出如下主要结论:
     (1)物流服务企业动态能力究其本质是构建适应环境变化以创造和维持物流服务企业竞争优势的能力体系。物流服务企业动态能力是由知识获取、知识创造和知识整合能力要素构成。从知识观视角分析物流服务企业动态能力内涵与构成,对提高物流服务企业动态能力可观测性和可操作性,推动物流服务企业动态能力研究发展富有意义。
     (2)物流服务企业社会资本包括结构性社会资本、关系性社会资本、认知性社会资本。结构性社会资本是物流服务企业嵌入外部关系网络的结构性指标,可为物流服务企业获取新知识和互补性资源提供机会;关系性社会资本是通过关系创造和利用的资产,可为物流服务企业提供稀缺资源;认知性社会资本是拥有共同语言、共同愿景的企业间的认知机制,可为物流服务企业提供隐性知识资源,从而促进知识转移与共享,对组织学习具有积极影响作用。
     (3)社会资本是物流服务企业动态能力发展不可或缺的关键要素,社会资本不仅促进物流服务企业能力边界的演变与拓展,而且为物流服务企业动态能力发展提供新知识和互补性资源。企业间关系建立的社会资本,既可通过增加企业间多样化知识和信息整合,直接作用物流服务企业动态能力,还可通过组织学习促进知识共享、获取和利用,间接作用物流服务企业动态能力。
     (4)组织学习是一个开发知识的过程,不仅为物流服务企业动态能力发展带来新知识,而且促进物流服务企业组织流程的改变。社会资本结构维、关系维和认知维三维度(自变量)与探索式学习和利用式学习(中介变量)呈正相关关系。探索式学习和利用式学习在社会资本结构维、关系维和认知维与物流服务企业动态能力的关系中承担部分中介作用角色。社会资本通过探索式学习和利用式学习的中介传导间接地影响物流服务企业动态能力。
     (5)全球市场竞争环境下物流服务企业动态能力的发展,除了依靠内部组织学习提升能力之外,还需要依靠关系网络中的社会资本或网络关系资源拓展动态能力边界。战略联盟为物流服务企业创造网络体系优势并增强动态柔性以及提升创利能力,促进物流服务企业价值网络的形成与拓展,为物流服务企业能力边界延伸提供新的平台。构建战略联盟是提升物流服务企业动态能力的有效途径。
     (6)政府引导物流服务企业关系网络发展扮演重要角色,政府必须为物流服务企业关系网络发展营造良好的政策环境,不断地促进物流服务企业网络化的良性发展。
Abstract:Along with the development of the network and the information technology, the global economy has presented the new development trend. The new economy has rapidly developped and the market environment is complicated, logistics service enterprise' survival and development are difficult to predict.Pay attention to the logistics service enterprise' dynamic environment to keep sustainable competitive advantage under the new economic era, to win the competitive advantage of the network resources and social capital, and strengthen logistics service enterprise' competitiveness,it has become the realistic problem to be solved urgently for the academic circles and business community.
     In fact, because for a long time is affected by planned economy system influence and restrict market reputation mechanism, which leads China's logistics service enterprises existing in logistics services overall development level is low, professional logistics service ability problems such as weak. In order to adapt to the development of China's logistics service industry energetically, improving the logistics service enterprises' dynamic capabilities to enhance sustainable competitive advantage and strengthen the competitiveness of the enterprises,this paper based on the theory of enterprise social capital, organization learning, enterprises' dynamic capabilities,logistics service capabilities,as the research foundation, Using the theoretical study, empirical study and case analysis combination of methods, Learning from the introduction of the latest idea for knowledge view, Systematic analysis of the action mechanism and influence relation for the logistics service enterprises'dynamic capabilities on social capital,organizational learning From the "structure-relationships-cognitive" three dimensional systematic.Preliminary established the theoretical framework and policy frameworkfor the study of social capital, organization learning on logistics service enterprises'dynamic ability influence, It has the extremely important practical significance and theoretical value to provide a theoretical basis and decision-making reference for the vigorously development of logistics service industry,and enhance the logistics service enterprises'dynamic capabilities.
     The paper consists of eight chapters. Except that chapter one is the preface? The chapter two is the literature review and the theoretical basis, and chapter eight is the conclusion and prospect, others discuss social capital, organizational learning how to influence the logistics service enterprises' dynamic capabilities in different aspects. First,it summarizes in the review of corporate social capital theory, organizational learning theory, dynamic capabilities theory, logistics service capabilities theory in order to provide a theoretical basis for the present study. Secondly, it demonstrats the action mechanism and influence relation of social capital organizational learning on the logistics service enterprises' dynamic capabilities. On this basis, it has proposed theoretical hypothesis and constructs relational model for social capital, organizational learning on the logistics service enterprises' dynamic capabilities; By using the structural equation modeling technology, collect the central region logistics service enterprise sample data of organizational learning as a social capital influence logistics service enterprise dynamic ability intermediary role of empirical test. Finally, Drawing the experience in "China's Storage" logistics service enterprises' capability to enhance, in view of the current logistics service enterprise existing problems, on how to construct logistics service enterprise sustainable competitive advantages and strengthen competitiveness, and further from relationship network analysis perspective to explore strategic alliances in logistics service enterprise dynamic to enhance the ability of effective way.Through analysis and demonstration, it reaches the following main conclusions:
     The first, Logistics services enterprise dynamic capability by their very nature is built to adapt to environmental changes in order to create and maintain the capability system of logistics enterprises competitive advantages. Logistics services enterprise dynamic capability is comprised of capability elements of knowledge acquisition, knowledge creation and knowledge integration. It is meaningful to analysis the connotation and structure of the logistics service enterprise dynamic capability From the perspective of knowledge concept for improving the logistics services dynamic capability observability and operability, promoting the research and development of logistics services enterprise dynamic capability.
     The second, Social capital of the logistics services enterprise includes structural social capital, relational social capital, cognitive social capital. Structural social capital is structural indicators of the logistics service enterprise to be embedded external relationship network, it can provide opportunities to get new knowledge and complementarity resources for logistics service enterprise; Relational social capital is through the relationship between creation and utilization of assets,it can provide scarce resources for logistics service enterprise; Cognitive social capital has a common language and common vision cognitive mechanism between enterprises, It can provide tacit knowledge resources for logistics service enterprises,so as to promote knowledge transfer and sharing,it has positive influence to the organizational learning.
     The third, Social capital is the indispensable key elements of logistics enterprise dynamic capability development, social capital is not only promoting the evolution and development for the logistics servicest capabilities borderfor, but also can provide new knowledge and complementarity of resources on logistics services enterprise dynamic capability development. Inter-firm relations has built social capital, either by increasing the diversity of knowledge and information among enterprises integration directly into the logistics services dynamic capability,also through organizational learning to foster knowledge-sharing, access and use, indirect role in the logistics services dynamic capability.
     The fourth, Organizational learning is a process to develop knowledge, not only it brings new knowledge for the development of logistics service enterprise dynamic capabilities, but also promotes to change for logistics service enterprise organizational processes.Structural dimension, relational dimension and cognitive dimension three dimensions of the social capital (independent variables) are positively related between Exploring learning and the use type learning(mediating variables).Exploring learning and the use type learning assume the part of the intermediary role in the relationship between social capital structure dimension, relational dimension and cognitive dimension and logistics service enterprises dynamic ability. Social capital through the exploring learning and use type study intermediary conduction indirectly affect logistics service enterprise dynamic ability.
     The fifth, The development of the logistics services enterprise' dynamic capabilities in the global market competition environment, in addition to relying on internal organizational learning hoisting capacity,,but also needs to rely on the boundary of the social capital of the relationship networks or network relations resources to expand dynamic capability. Strategic alliance to create a network system advantages for logistics service enterprises to strengthen the dynamic flexibility and improve profitability, and promote the formation and expansion of the logistics service enterprise value network, and provide a new platform for the extending boundary of logistics services enterprise capabilities. Building a strategic alliance is an effective way to enhance the logistics service enterprise'dynamic capabilities.
     The sixth, Government plays an important role in guidance the relationship network development of the logistics services enterprise, it must create a good policy environment for the relationship network development of the logistics services enterprise, and constantly promoting the benign development of logistics enterprise network.
