MW1050自动烫印模切机间歇输纸系统的动态研究

摘要
自动平压模切机是包装印刷工业中重要的表面整饰加工设备。间歇输纸机构是自动平压模切机的核心工作部件,其性能的优劣将直接影响模切机的模切精度和工作速度。本文以上海亚华印刷机械有限公司生产的MW1050自动烫印模切机的间歇输纸机构为研究对象,运用现代动态设计分析理论和数字信号分析理论,对其动力学性能进行研究。主要内容及创新之处有:
     1、应用集中质量法建立该机构的单自由度动态模型。并根据机构实际几何参数计算出模型的等效质量、等效刚度及固有振动频率;
     2、运用机械工程测试方法构建了该机构实际运行状态的测试系统,编制了相应的数据采集程序,并对一台MW1050自动烫印模切机进行了实测,获得了大量有用的数据资料;
     3、根据实测采集到的数据资料,运用试验建模理论,对该机构单自由度有阻尼动态模型进行参数识别,并与理论动态模型参数进行对比,不仅得到了更为精确的动态响应微分方程,还验证了集中质量建模方法在该机构研究中的适用性;
     4、根据所得到的动态响应微分方程,对该机构进行动态响应数值方法的仿真求解,并运用谐波分析法计算了该机构的谐波共振阶次及谐波共振幅值;
     5、通过对动态响应结果的分析,得出了影响该机构精度与速度的主要原因是

    系统等效刚度较低,并为厂家提供了一些改进措施。
     通过本课题的研究,不仅为实际工程中自动平压模切机的优化设计提供了相
    应的理论基础,同时也为进一步开发该设备的运行状态监测系统奠定了坚实的基
    石出。
Automatic Die Cutting is one of important devices for dealing with the surface in packing printing industry and intermittent paper feeding system is one of it's key components, which performance has a direct effect on the accuracy and the speed of Die Cutting. In this article, the kinetic characteristic of the intermittent paper feeding system of MW1050 Automatic Die Cutting produced by Shanghai Yahua Printing Machine Ltd. Co. was discussed in virtue of modern dynamic design analytics and digital signal analytics. The main contents and innovation are as follows:
    1. Centralized mass method was used to get the single-free-degree dynamic model of the mechanism and equivalent quality, equivalent rigidity and inhere vibrant frequency of the model were solved according to actual geometrical parameters.
    2. A testing system of actual running state of the mechanism was built using mechanical engineering testing methods and the corresponding program for collecting data was designed, which were applied to a MW1050 Automatic Die Cutting to measure actually and lots of datum available were obtained.
    3. According to the datum measured above, the modeling examination theory was used to solve the parameters of the single free-degree damped dynamic model which were then compared with the theoretical parameters. Thereby, not only were dynamic response differential equations more accurate, but also it turned out to be valid to introduce centralized mass method into the analysis of the mechanism.
    
    
    4. With the differential equations above, a simulated solve was got by dynamic response numeric methods. Then the syntactic order and the syntactic amplitude were worked out using syntactic analytics.
    5. The dynamic response results were analyzed and one of the chief reasons was discovered, i.e. the equivalent rigidity of the system is lower. Finally, some modified measurements were suggested to the manufacture.
    The thesis not only provide certain theoretical basis for the optimal design of Automatic Die Cutting, but also lay a foundation for further development of running state inspecting system of the device.
