线束工艺图的建模研究

摘要
随着CAD建模技术的飞速发展及汽车线束工艺设计领域通用CAD软件的广泛应用,汽车线束工艺图的建模研究应运而生。本文在介绍汽车线束工艺设计领域知识的基础上,开展了线束工艺图的建模研究工作,重点分析了多家汽车线束企业的线束工艺图表示方式,对其信息进行分类整理,总结其特征;借鉴其他领域已有的CAD建模经验,运用面向对象方法对线束工艺图进行分析建模,建立了线束工艺图模型,为CAD建模技术在汽车线束工艺设计领域的应用提供了理论基础与技术支持。本文的主要研究内容包括以下几个方面:
     1)线束工艺图信息的分类与特征总结。通过对多家汽车线束企业不同风格的线束工艺图分析总结,基于不同的分类标准,对线束工艺图中所包含的信息进行了分类。总结了线束工艺图的特征,包括几何简单性、区域聚集性、局部约束特性和整体约束特性等,并在此基础上给出了线束工艺图的形式化描述。
     2)线束工艺图模型的建立。完成了对部件的几何实体信息、工程与物理属性信息以及部件之间的局部约束信息和全局连接约束信息的描述;对线束工艺图的操作信息进行了建模,设计了便捷的交互环境;同时,预留了接口以支持多家汽车线束企业不同的图形表示风格,以及针对不同的CAD平台和数据库平台具有可移植性。
     3)系统实现及验证。结合国内多家汽车线束企业的线束工艺设计与生产现状,设计并实现了线束工艺辅助设计系统中的线束工艺图辅助绘制模块。方便了工艺设计人员绘制线束工艺图,为后续工艺步骤提供了数据支持。并将该系统应用于实际的线束设计与生产中,取得了良好的效果。
The rapid development of CAD modeling technology and the wide application of general CAD platform in wire harness technological design field for motor had paved the way for research on wire harness technological graph(WHTG)modeling. This dissertation does research on modeling for WHTG,under the analysis of different representations,classification of the information and summarization of the features for WHTG of many wire harness enterprises,which is based on the introduction of knowledge about wire harness technological design.To provide theoretical foundation and technical support for the application of CAD modeling in wire harness technological design field,this dissertation does further research for WHTG modeling with OO methods,which used the CAD modeling experience of many other fields for reference.The main contents include:
     1)Information classification and features summarization for WHTG.The information of WHTG is classified under the analysis of different representations for WHTG of many wire harness enterprises,which is based on different classification criterion.The formalization description of WHTG is given under the summarization of the features,including geometry simpleness, region assembly,local constrains,global constrains,and so on.
     2)Modeling for WHTG.The description of information below is presented, including geometry entity information,engineer and physical attributes,local constrains among components,global constrains in WHTG,and so on.A convenient interaction environment is established,based on modeling for operation information.Furthermore,the interface is designed for different representations of WHTG,and transplant on different CAD and database platform.
     3)System implementation and validation.The WHTG aided plotting module in wire harness aided design system is designed and implemented,considering the status of wire harness technological design and manufacture in many wire harness enterprises.The work of user is simplified,and the data for next steps in wire harness technological design is supported.The system has been used in wire harness design and manufacture,and comes into effect.
