除湿饮治疗湿热型湿疹的临床观察及对血清CD4~+/CD8~+的影响

摘要
目的:观察除湿饮治疗湿热型湿疹的临床疗效及除湿饮对湿热型湿疹患者血清CD4+/CD8+水平的影响。为临床治疗提供疗效更确切,服用更方便,且无毒副作用的药物。
     方法:对62例湿热型湿疹患者进行疗效观察。随机分为两组,治疗组31例,对照组31例。治疗组给予除湿饮,对照组给予苦参片,四周为一疗程,连续治疗两个疗程。采用流式细胞术对其治疗前后血清CD4+/CD8+水平进行检测。最后汇总数据,依据不同的研究资料采用相应的统计方法进行处理。
     结果:①治疗组总有效率为77%,对照组总有效率为45%,两组临床疗效比较,有显著性差异(p<0.01)。②治疗组可以显著改善患者EASI积分(p<0.01),与对照组比较差异显著(p<0.05)。③治疗组可以显著改善患者瘙痒程度(p<0.01),与对照组比较差异显著(p<0.05)。④治疗组可以显著提高湿疹患者血清CD4+/CD8+(p<0.01),与对照组比较差异不明显(p>0.05)。
     结论:①除湿饮治疗湿热型湿疹比苦参片有更好的效果。②除湿饮具有调节湿疹患者CD4+/CD8+水平紊乱的作用。
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Chu Shi Yin on eczema(Damp-heat) and the influence of CD4+/CD8+in the serum. Providing a better curative effect,more convinient and no toxic and side effect therapy for the clinics。
     Methods:Effect of 62 patients were observed. Setting up two groups in random,31 cases in treatment group which have oral administration of Chu Shi Yin,31 cases in comparison group which have oral administration of Ku Shen Pills, with eight-week course of treatment. Detect CD4+/CD8+level by Flow Cytometry in psoriatic serum and comparing in pretherapy with post-treatment.
     Results:①.the total efficency rate in treatment group is 77% and the comparison group is 45%,having the remarkable difference (p<0.01).②the EASI scores are significantly improved in the treatment group(p<0.01) Compared with the control group,the difference is remarkable (p<0.05).③the degree of itching are significantly improved in the treatment group(p<0.01), better than the second group (p<0.05).④The treatment group significantly increased the ratio of patients CD4+/CD8+(p<0.01), Compared with the control group, no significant difference (p>0.05).
     Conclusion:①chu shi yin have a better effect on eczema(Damp-heat) than Ku Shen Pills.②chu shi yin can adjust the level of disorder in CD4+/ CD8+.
