基于B/S架构的监狱管理系统设计与实现
摘要
监狱是我国的刑罚执行机关,承担着惩罚和改造罪犯,预防和减少犯罪的神圣职责,对巩固国家政权,维护社会主义稳定,保障改革开放和社会主义现代化建设的顺利进行,发挥着重要作用。监狱管理包括了对罪犯的管理和教育、劳动改造及罪犯档案的管理、监狱场所日常工作流程的管理、监狱警察队伍的建设和管理、监狱场所后勤保障工作的管理等,是监狱工作的核心组成部分。随着社会的发展,监狱管理工作的要求越来越高,监狱管理的手段也随之不断进步,特别近年来随着信息技术的不断发展完善,监狱管理对信息技术的需求越来越迫切,建设一套完善的信息化监狱管理系统,将极大的提升监狱管理的工作水平；监狱管理工作的信息化建设,也必将成为今后监狱建设的一个重要发展趋势。
本文根据目前我国监狱信息化建设的普遍情况,对监狱管理各项工作的职能和流程进行了充分的调研,认真分析了监狱管理系统的各种实际需求,综合短期内监狱管理工作的使用需求和长远的发展计划,提出了一个监狱管理系统的设计和实现方案。系统以一个综合管理平台为核心,针对不同的业务功能需求开发具体的模块,整个系统的设计采用J2EE多层次、组件化体系架构模式,各个组件采用分布式部署、集中式管理的方法,并确保每一层的组件保持内聚性,各个层之间保持松散耦合,使系统的维护和升级变得更加容易。
监狱管理系统的开发与应用,对于监狱工作来说是一次全新的革命,它将极大的提高监狱管理工作的效率,将监狱民警从繁重的工作中解放出来,使他们有更多的精力去研究新时代下教育改造工作的新对策,提高教育改造的效率。此外,由于监狱管理系统中许多功能,如办公自动化、人事管理、档案管理等功能与其他政府机构的业务流程大多非常类似,因此,这一系统的应用与推广,对于加快电子政务的普及也有着十分积极的影响。

Based on the current our country jail the general conditions of the informatization construction of prison management each work functions and process carried out a full investigation and research, carefully analyzed the prison management system, various kinds of actual demand in the short term prison management work comprehensive use of demand and long-term development plan, this paper puts forward a prison management system design and realization scheme. With a comprehensive management system platform as the core, in view of the different business function requirements development specific module, the whole system design adopting J2EE multilayer, modular architecture model, each component the distributed deployment, centralized management method, and to ensure that every layer of the component keep cohesion sex between each layer, loosely coupled, make the system to keep the maintenance and upgrades easier.
Prison management system for the development and application of prison work, it is a new revolution, it will greatly increase the prison management efficiency, will from the heavy work prison police liberate, make them with more energy to study education modification work under the new era of education reform new countermeasure, and enhance the efficiency. In addition, because of the prison system in many functions, such as office automation, personnel management, file management function and other government agencies are very similar to the business process mostly, therefore, the use of the system and promotion, to speed up the popularization of e-government also has a very positive impact.
