摘要
随着采油八厂开发的不断深入,涌现出许多英模及创新型成果。为了充分展现八厂人的敬业精神以及今后数字虚拟技术在油田生产、管理中的应用奠定一个坚实的基础,有必要打造一个数字厂史平台。该系统能够体现八厂目前的规划设计和建筑风格,能够将建厂以来的成就以丰富的形式展现出来。而且,为了使用户能够身临其境感受八厂优雅的生活与工作环境,需要以数字虚拟技术真实再现。通过虚拟厂史馆系统的实现,不仅可以体现我厂管理者崭新的管理理念和创新精神,而且可以将数字虚拟技术应用到油田的其它领域,帮助科研人员更快更准确地做出正确技术方案,帮助决策者提高决策的准确性,从而实现优化开发方案,改善油藏管理,降低开发成本。因此,我们提出了《采油八厂虚拟厂史馆系统》课题。
     虚拟现实技术,是21世纪初最具发展前途的计算机技术之一,作为计算机领域多种技术结合产物,在其发展过程中,与许多具体应用环境结合,并形成了许多较为完善的虚拟现实应用实例。在国外,已经有许多虚拟现实应用系统可以借鉴,例如:美国的科研工作者设计的沉浸式虚拟火星飞行系统;意大利科技工作者设计的虚拟教堂等等。这项技术在国内起步较晚,许多虚拟现实技术处于由理论、技术到实用化的研究阶段。另一方面,由于建设一个沉浸式虚拟现实环境费用较高,需要多学科协作,完成系统研究和建设工作。所以,国内的虚拟现实技术仍然基于非沉浸式阶段。随着虚拟现实技术在我国的研究的逐步深入,其理论和技术将会得到逐步的丰富和发展。
     对于规格不一、结构无定、类型各异、长度参差的信息的存取,全文检索数据库占有优势,而TRIP系统是以全文检索数据库为核心,拥有各种用户接口,具有良好的开放性,易于和其他应用系统和预制软件合成。
     本文共分为五部分。第一步详细论述了采油八厂虚拟厂史馆系统的开发目的与意义、技术现状和发展趋势、应用前景。第二步详细论述了采油八厂虚拟厂史馆系统的可行性研究与工作目标。第三步描述了采油八厂虚拟厂史馆系统的系统设计、关键技术与功能实现、系统优化。第四步是描述了采油八厂虚拟厂史馆系统的测试与实际应用效果。最后是针对该系统的特点和应用效果等进行了总结,并对该系统的前景进行展望。
     采汕八厂虚拟厂史馆系统依托数字虚拟技术和网络环境,通过应用数据库对海量信息强大的管理能力与数字虚拟技术提供的人性化界面、丰富的互动功能、身临其境的感受,将八厂的这段发展史真实的向人们展现出来。系统具有使用方便、运行流畅、画面真实、生动活泼、人机交互等特点。在该系统中,访问者默认浏览八厂俯瞰图后,将由大门前的公路进入八厂的数字虚拟场景,由此开始其对八厂的不断深入了解。除了可以游览八厂风貌,如绿化、中央大街、办公楼、文化艺术中心、广场、公园等场景,还可以在场景中按照导航标志直接进入相关科室进行生产日报和厂志查询。
     该系统采用Vmr1、C、Java语言开发,应用到了细节层次控制、多项导航系统、模型动画、动态表面贴图、二维页面跳转链接、灯光效果、智能自动分词等技术,依据实测数据、CAD图纸和实景拍摄的资料,实现了八厂场景的直观展示和厂史的查询,效果逼真、访问便捷迅速、系统功能强大。
     目前,采油八厂虚拟厂史馆系统在我厂已经顺利应用,得到了用户的广泛好评。实现了厂区场景展示、公园场景展示、建筑内部场景展示以及厂史查询等功能。其方便的访问途径、逼真的场景模型、优化的系统使得游览系统时十分流畅,而且让人体会到身临其境的感觉。八厂虚拟厂史馆系统不仅展示了八厂人孜孜进取的精神风貌,而且将数字虚拟技术为油田其它领域提供了借鉴。
As the in-depth oil exploration and development of No.8 Oil Production Company, a lot of labor heroes and innovations appear. In order to show the diligent spirit of people in No.8 Oil Production Company as well as to establish a hard base for the application of digital virtual technology in oilfield production and management in the future, it's necessary to build a digital platform for the history of factory. We can see not only the current projects and building styles from the system but also the achievements from the foundation of the factory with many kinds of forms. Meanwhile, we should make it with digital virtual reality technology to show users the beautiful life and working surroundings. They can feel that is the place where they work indeed. Through the virtual system of history memorial hall, we will find forward administration ideas and innovations. Also, using digital virtual technology in other realms of oilfield is very helpful for research workers to make correct solutions more rapidly and administrators to make good decisions. Finally, we can realize optimized development plans, improved reservoir administration and low cost. Therefore, we propose the topic "the virtual system of history memorial hall for No.8 Oil Production Company".
     Virtual reality technology is one of the most potential technologies at the beginning of 21st century. As a combination of lots of technologies in computer field, it is used in particular environment during its development and has produced many real perfect virtual reality examples. We can find a number of virtual reality systems abroad to refer to. For example, American research workers design an immersed virtual Mars flying system and Italian scientists design a virtual church. Because of its late starting in native research, many virtual reality technologies are at the stage of converting theory to application. In addition, building an immersed virtual environment needs more money and multidisciplinary cooperation. So, native virtual reality technologies are still at a non-immersed stage. With its inland deep research, the theories and technologies will be rich and enhanced.
     Fulltext retrieval database takes advantage of storing information whose standard is not uniform, structure is not regular, type and length are different. It's the core of TRIP system that has many kinds of user interfaces and good openness, and is easy to combine with other systems and prefabricate software.
     In this article, there are 5 parts. Part1. Describe the purpose, meaning, current situation of technology, potential and perspective of the virtual system of history memorial hall for No.8 oil Production Company. Part2. Describe feasibility research of the system and task goal clearly. Part3. It's about the design, key technologies and functions and system optimization. Part4. In this part we talk about the test of system and results of application. Finally, we summarize characteristics, results of application and get an outlook on it.
     This system bases on digital virtual technology and network environment. We can use database to manage a large of information and digital virtual technology to show truly the development history of No.8 oil Production Company with humanization face, rich international functions, realistic feeling. The system has many good points, such as using easily, running fluently, real picture, active content, human machine interaction. After browsing overlook, visitors will go across gate and enter digital virtual scene to learn about No.8 oil Production Company. In addition to visiting the sight, such as green, center street, office building, art building, square and park, also we can go into some offices directly to search production daily and plant notes with directions in the scene.
     To make the system we use Vmrl, C, Java languages and technologies that are detail level control, multi-navigation system, model cartoon, dynamic mapping,2D web page link, light effect and intellective automatic segmentation of Chinese word. According to real measure data, CAD blueprints and real pictures, we finish showing the scene of No.8 oil Production Company directly and searching plant notes. We can see realistic effect, quick visiting and strong functions in the system.
     At present, the virtual system of history memorial hall for No.8 Oil Production Company has come into play and gets lots of good feedback. It carries out showing pictures of factory floor, park, internal building and searching factory history. Because of its convenient visit ways, realistic model, optimized system, we can not only visit it fluently but also get the true feeling. This system shows diligent spirit of people in No.8 Oil Production Company and supplies digital virtual technology to other realms of oilfield for reference.
