吉视传媒人事管理系统设计与实现

摘要
本次设计我选择的课题是人事管理系统,主要是针对我公司的人力资源情况来进行计算机管理。从毕业设计论文编写和设计一开始,就对目前众多的可视化开发工具进行了比较,决定利用PowerBuilder作为前端工具软件,应用面向对象的方法来开发本次课题。
     本次设计的人事管理系统符合吉视传媒人事管理的现状,由公司实际情况来决定,尽量满足公司内部人事管理工作需求,达到操作过程中的直观、方便实用、安全等要求;为了便于系统功能的组合于修改,又需要方便没有参与开发的技术维护人员补充、维护,所以本系统采用C/S结构程序设计方法。为方便及时根据用户进行数据添加、删除、修改、备份等一系列操作,所以本系统支持数据库维护功能。公司人事管理系统可以对员工信息进行管理,其中包括现有员工基本信息、员工学历信息、婚姻状况、职称及岗位部门等,以及对员工各种信息的维护与修改;删除一些员工信息,如退休、辞职及转出员工的信息等;按照各种条件查询、统计符合条件的员工信息,并且可以打印输出查询、统计的结果。
     本文主要是针对我公司人力资源以方面的研究,介绍了系统建立的目的、系统分析、系统结构、系统设计、系统实施,以及使用开发工具PowerBuilder的好处等。系统的建立将实现单位人事方面的录入、查询、修改、删除、维护、分类统计的自动化功能,操作人员轻而易举的就能使用该软件来达到对企业人员信息的管理。
The project which I chosen is a Human affair’s records manager system . This system use computer to manager enterprise’s units . When received the job’s book, I compared a lot of visual tools and decided to use PowerBuilder as frontage software development tools , use Object Oriented Program Design as method to develop this problem.
     The design of the Human affair’s records manager system conform to JISHI Media personnel management of the status quo, determined by the company's actual situation, try to meet the demand for personnel management within the company, to intuitive operation, convenient and practical, and security requirements; In order to facilitate system function combination in the modification, they need not participate in the development of technology to facilitate maintenance personnel to add, maintain, so the system uses the C / S structure, programming method. To facilitate timely data according to the user to add, delete, modify, backup, and a series of operations, so the system supports database maintenance functions. Company personnel management system can manage employee information, including basic information about employees, information on staff qualifications, marital status, job title and department, as well as the maintenance of a variety of information to employees and changes; delete some employee information, such as retirement resignation and transfer of the employees information; check in accordance with various conditions, statistics eligible employee information, and can print out the query, the survey results.
     This thesis mainly is aimed at enterprise units human affairs, introduce establish system’s point , system’s analysis, system’s structure , system’s design, system’s function and why use Power Builder as develop tools. System establish will achieve units human affairs input, demand, modification, delete, maintenance, keep attendance records and classify statistical automate function. An caozuofu can use this software to administer human’s record easily.
