基于Internet的通讯动力及环境的远程监控系统的研究与开发

摘要
远程监控是电力、水利、通信等行业所一直期望能够更加完善的解决的问题之一。随着网络技术的飞速发展,远程监控的网络实现成为可能,而且在不断改进和提高。尤其是以TCP/IP为代表的Internet 技术的发展,更给远程监控网的是实现提供了深厚的技术基础。
    本文根据计算机监控系统的技术发展趋势,结合了现代网络技术,以通讯动力及环境远程监控系统为工程背景,提出了一种基于web技术的远程监控系统。系统模型采用基于B/S与C/S相结合的三层网络构架,网络系统平台和现场基站的建设方案采用了适合于建设实际的可持续发展的建设模型。该系统方案采用Internet为信息通道,构建上层WEB服务系统,实现各个分监控中心的通讯;现场基站采用单片机技术采集数据,利用电信设备SDH设备作为传输设备,通过2M抽取时隙的方式上传给分监控中心,进而实现设备的信息监控。
    文章分析了基于web技术的远程监控系统的网络体系结构,结合课题的工程实例,给出了详细的总体设计方案。并对系统的软硬件设计给出了完整的阐述,此系统的适用范围广,开放性和扩展性强,符合远程监控系统的发展趋势,具有推广价值。
Remote Supervise is one of the crucial points all along researchers in power, irrigation and telecom fields expect to solve more perfectly. The development of the network technologies makes possible the realization of remote supervise. Especially with the development of the TCP/IP and related technologies, remote supervise has been supplied a more profound potential.
    On the basis of the trends of technique development of the computer supervision system, according to the practical project (the remote control and monitoring system of the communication powers and environment) and the used modern network techniques, this paper presents computer supervision system model based on Web techniques. The system model is based on the 3-tier network structure, and it is supervised by the combined way of B/S and C/S. The program of building the network system foundation and the computer monitoring and control system for the field stations are fit for the practical demand of the sustainable development. In this system, the upper WEB service system is built, which adopts the Internet as communication channels, and realize the communication among the distributed supervised center; in the field station the system adopts the technique of singlechip to realize the collection of supervised data and transmits the data by the radio device——SDH device.
    The paper analyzes network structure of the remote control system based on Web techniques and presents the detailed design scheme according to practical project of task. The paper expatiates on the hardware and software of the system. The system has far-ranging application, good expandability and the character of opening. It accords with the development trends of the remote monitoring and control, and has the good value to be popularized.
