武都县吉石坝养鸡场主要病毒性疾病免疫监测

摘要
采用血凝抑制试验(haemagglutination inhibition,HI)和琼脂凝胶免疫扩散试验(agar gel immunodiffusion,AGID)对武都县吉石坝适度规模养鸡场鸡群分别进行了鸡新城疫(Newcastle disease,ND)和传染性法氏囊病(infectious bursal disease,IBD)母源抗体水平的测定,结果显示,ND母源抗体的血凝抑制滴度为4.4,IBD抗体阳性率为55%。以此为基础,参照相关的免疫程序,初步制定了该场的免疫计划。利用HI对ND疫苗的免疫效果进行了抗体水平监测和分析。监测鸡群24、39、59、75、119和135日龄的ND血凝抑制抗体滴度分别为5.20、4.80、5.50、6.25、7.35和8.40。利用AGID对IBD、马立克氏病(Marek's disease,MD)和传染性支气管炎(infectious bronchitis,IB)等三种病毒性传染病疫苗的免疫效果进行了抗体水平监测和分析。监测结果表明:监测鸡群14、19、24、29、34、39、44和49日龄IBD抗体阳性率分别是30%、20%、40%、50%、40%、60%、70%和90%:24、29、34、39、44、59和135日龄MD抗体阳性率分别是0%、10%、40%、40%、30%、0%和0%;24、34和59日龄IB抗体阳性率分别是20%、30%、50%。利用AGID测定了禽流感(avian influenza,AI)和鸡传染性喉气管炎(infectious laryngotracheitis,ILT)血清抗体水平。监测结果显示:3月龄和4月龄鸡群AI抗体阳性率分别是10%和20%;24、49和135日龄ILD抗体阳性率分别是0%、0%和0%。依据试验结果,调整并提出了适合农村适度规模养鸡场的免疫程序。
The maternal antibodies of Newcastle disease(ND) and infectious bursal disease(IBD) were detected respectively by means of haemagglutination Inhibition(HI) and agar gel immunodiffusion(AGID) in the moderate-scaled fowl-run in Jishiba, Wudu county. The results showed that the HI titer on maternal antibody of Newcastle disease virus was 4.4 and the positive rate on antibody of infectious bursal disease virus was 55%. Referring to relative immunization schedule, a primary immunization-plan was established. Using HI, The immune effect of Newcastle Disease vaccines was detected and analyzed. The HI titers on antibodies of ND vaccines when the chickens grew up at 34, 39, 59, 75, 119 and 135 day-old were 5.20,4.80, 5.50, 6.25, 7.35 and 8.40 respectively. AGID was applied to detect and analyze the immune effect of IBD vaccine, MD vaccine and IB vaccine. The antibody positive rates of IBD when the chickens grew up at 14, 19, 24, 29, 34, 39, 44and 49 day-old were 30%, 20%, 40%, 50%, 40%, 60%, 70% and 90% respectively. The antibody positive rates of MD vaccine when the chickens grew up at 24, 29, 34, 39, 44, 59 and 135 day-old were 0%, 10%, 40%, 40%, 30%, 0% and 0% respectively. The antibody positive rates of IB vaccine when the chickens grew up at 24, 34 and 59 day-old were 20%、30% and 50% respectively. AGID was applied to detect the serum antibody level of AI and ILT. The results indicated the antibody positive rates of AI when the chickens grew up at 3 and 4 month-old were 10% and 20% respectively. According to the experimental results, an immunization schedule suitable for the moderate-scaled fowl-run was proposed.
