邯郸供电公司协同办公自动化系统设计与应用

摘要
办公自动化(OA)系统,是以计算机科学、信息科学、管理科学、和网络通信技术等现代科学技术为支撑、以提高管理水平和辅助决策为目的的综合性人机信息系统,正逐渐成为了现代电力企业提高办公效率和管理决策水平的重要手段。
     OA系统目前大多基于两种平台:群件平台和关系型数据库。两者各有长短,关键是必须适应企业的实际需求。
     本文在分析目前电力企业OA系统的具体要求、不同开发平台特点、开发软件体系结构基础上,提出了以关系型数据库为基础,采用三层体系结构设计邯郸供电公司OA系统。目前该系统已经在邯郸供电公司机关及下属单位中得以运用,反映较好,发挥了良好的社会和经济效益。
OA, basing on the science of computer, information, management and network communication, a comprehensive human-computer information system, is becoming one of the most important methods to enhance electric power enterprise’s effectiveness and decision abilities.
     At present, OA is mainly based on two platforms: Groupware and Relational Database. Both of them have their strong points and weakness respectively, so the key point is what kind of the platform enterprise is suitable for.
     This article mainly focuses on the bases of the requirements, the different characters of different platform, the opening out software system structure of different plat of power enterprise’s OA system to advance the bases on the connection database and adopt three-tires system structure to design the OA system of Handan electric power corp. Up to now, this system has been used by Handan electric power corp. and some of it’s subordinate units, and has been praised of its social and economical effectiveness.
