加用头针的巨刺法治疗面肌痉挛的临床观察

摘要
目的:本课题旨在通过对“加用头针的巨刺法”治疗面肌痉挛的临床观察,观察其临床疗效。
方法:临床选用符合纳入标准的面肌痉挛患者病例60例,随机分为两组,每组30例,治疗时间分别为3个疗程(10天一疗程)。治疗组采用“加用头针的巨刺”法,对照组采用“巨刺”法,观察两组的临床疗效。
结果:临床观察显示,治疗组总有效率为80%,对照组总有效率为63%,统计得出P<0.05。治疗组优于对照组。
结论:“加用头针的巨刺”法治疗面肌痉挛具有较好的临床疗效,而且操作安全,值得临床推广应用。

Conclusion:The "scalp acupuncture plus opposing needling " primary treatment of hemifacial spasm with better clinical efficacy,and safe operation,in patients with painless or slightly painful circumstances,to obtain better clinical efficacy,clinical application.However,further studies of its mechanism.
