煤炭企业物资协同采购研究

摘要
为了应对经济危机给煤炭企业带来的影响,使企业实现降成本、保利润的目的,本文运用微观经济学、合作博弈、供应链等理论知识研究了煤炭企业物资采购环节的协同管理问题。文章从研究煤炭物资分类入手,建立了煤炭企业物资三维Kraljic矩阵模型,并针对物资分类设计了横纵两个方向的差异化协同采购策略。随后针对横向协同和纵向协同的协同动力、协同内容、利益分配和绩效评价等关键问题展开研究。首先,运用相关总成本理论和合作博弈理论对横向协同动力进行了分析,提出了基于Shapley值的横向协同利益分配方法。其次,运用供应链管理思想对纵向协同的内容、层次以及具体实施方法进行了分析,提出了基于DEA理论的纵向协同绩效评估及提升模型。最后,总结了煤炭企业物资协同采购实施过程中的保障机制。
This thesis studies the problem of collaborative management of material procurement in coalenterprise by using micro-economics, cooperative games, and supply chain theory, etc. The purposeof the study is to cope with the economic crisis and to reduce costs and maintain profits in coalenterprise. Beginning with a study of coal material classification, a three-dimensional Kraljic matrixmodel is established. The collaborative procurement strategy which contains both horizontal andvertical dimensions is presented. Several key issues of collaborative procurement strategy arediscussed, such as collaborative motivation, collaborative content, the distribution of benefits andperformance evaluation.First, an analysis of horizontal collaboration motivation is carried out byusing micro-economics and cooperative games theory. Then, the dissertation presents a method forthe distribution of benefits in horizontal collaboration based on Shapley value.Secondly, the verticalcollaboration content, level and the specific implementation methods are analysed. Then, the thesisproposes the performance evaluation and improvement model of vertical collaboration based onDEA. Finally, the author concludes the safeguard mechanism in the implementation process ofcollaborative procurement of materials in coal enterprise.
