成钢公司周期轧管机组发展对策及问题研究

摘要
成钢公司周期轧管机组作为目前世界上数量仅存不多的周期式热轧轧管机组,在成钢公司有着十分重要的地位,同时它也面临着公司搬迁战略决策和严峻的市场竞争形势。因此,对周期轧管机组的生存发展研究有着非常重要的现实意义。本文运用现代战略和管理思想对对周期轧管机组存在的问题进行了深入分析。论文的主要研究工作和成果如下:
     1.结合周期轧管机组的实际情况,通过对无缝钢管行业内、外竞争环境的深入分析,得出周期轧管机组的改进问题是其生死存亡的战略性现实问题。
     2.应用管理和战略理论系统分析了周期轧管机组面临的各种生存环境,对周期轧管机组目前存在的问题作了全面的归纳总结。
     3.通过对无缝钢管行业的宏观环境分析,揭示了无缝钢管的发展趋势。
     4.在外部环境中的市场需求方面,重点对无缝钢管的需求总量和品种作了分析和预测。
     5.运用五力模型分析方法分析了周期轧管机组竞争能力,分别总结了周期轧管机组在各因素中的强弱状况。
     5.运用SWOT分析方法归纳了周期轧管机组的优势与劣势、机会与威胁,并经组合提供了战略选择。
     6.重点分析了影响周期轧管机组竞争力的设备、工艺问题的状况及缺点,在此基础上提出了对策和实施措施。
     7.对本文涉及到的信息技术问题和组织结构问题作了针对性的分析,特别对二级单位的组织结构问题,进行了有益的探讨。
     本文的研究成果对公司和周期轧管机组的搬迁具有决策参考价值。
Although it is few hot-rolled pilgrim rolling unit in the world at present and a full consequnce in corporation, pilgrim rolling unit in Chengdu Steel & Iron CO., Ltd facing strategic decision-making of corporation removing and more and more competition. And hence have very important meaning of realism for the existential and developmental studies of pilgrim rolling unit. According to the modern strategy and management theory, the present study is supposed to condut a detailed analysis of the question confronted in the pilgrim rolling unit. The main body of the work and the conclusions achieved thus far are hence given below as follows:
    1.Combining on fact thing of the pilgrim rolling unit, educed that the betterment is the strategic realism question about its life and death, via the analyzed in detail the inner and outer competitive environment in seamless steel tube industry.
    2. The study has concluded all-round the question of the pilgrim rolling unit that had existed in at present, and analyzed in more systems the all existential environment confronted in the pilgrim rolling unit by using the theory of strategy and management
    3.The study has opened out the development trend of the seamless steel tube by analyzing the macroscopical environment of the seamless steel tube.
    4.The study has made the analyse and forecast of the total demand and variety of seamless steel tube in the marketing demand side of outer environment.
    5.The study has analyzed the competitive ability of the pilgrim rolling unit using Five Forces Model way. And concluded the strong and feebleness of the pilgrim rolling unit in different factors
    
    
    6.The study has concluded the strength and weakness, opportunity and threst of the pilgrim rolling unit by using the SWOT Model way, and offer the strategic choice by compages.
    7.The study has analyzed the status and defect of the equipment, arts and crafts question with the emphasis that had affect the competitive ability of the pilgrim rolling unit. And put forward the countermeasure and the step of implementation basing on analysis of it.
    8.The study has done the pertinent analysis that came down to the technology of information and the structure of organizing, and especially put forward the profitable discussion on the question of organic structure about the second degree.
    The study has the reference value for the company and the pilgrim rolling unit removing.
