基于神经网络方法的高校图书馆知识服务评价体系研究

摘要
高校图书馆服务不同于公共图书馆服务,主要由于高校图书馆服务对象较为特殊,高校图书馆读者主要集中于专家与学者,教师,学生三个服务群体,这三个主要的服务群体因其研究,教学,学习的性质不同,从事的专业特点不同,导致高校图书馆在提供服务时不能局限于传统文献服务,而要根据服务对象的不同需求,为他们分别提供个性化强,专业层次分明的文献与信息服务--知识服务。
     高校图书馆知识服务在我国尚处于起步阶段,有一部分高校图书馆已经取得了一些进展,如在知识管理的技术和水平上,在知识服务的模式上等方面,但大多数高校图书馆目前的知识服务现状很不理想,如何提高高校图书馆知识服务的工作质量,提升高校图书馆馆员服务工作能力与水平,是新世纪高校图书馆实现可持续发展所面临的主要问题。
     本文站在用户的角度来探讨高校图书馆的知识服务,通过对高校图书馆知识服务评价指标体系的研究,提供了神经网络这一新的评价工具,并选择了安徽省合肥市及周边地区的10所高校图书馆作为评价对象,进行实证研究,从而指导高校高校图书馆更好的开展知识服务工作。
     文章首先介绍了国内外有关高校图书馆知识服务评价研究的现状,进而对高校图书馆知识服务进行研究,以知识服务为出发点进而探讨高校图书馆知识服务。在理论部分叙述后,确定了高校图书馆知识服务评价指标体系,以安徽省10所高校图书馆作为评价对象进行实证分析,利用AHP层次分析法以及神经网络结果进行检验和分析,进而得出结论并进行总结。最后给出安徽省高校图书馆知识服务的具体方案,如加强知识服务中知识资源的服务并多管齐下,加强高校图书馆各项知识服务资源的配置以及统一高校图书馆知识服务评价体系指标模式等措施。
     本文共分为六个部分,第一部分主要介绍论文的研究背景及意义,国内外研究现状,论文研究内容和研究方法,论文研究思路以及论文研究的创新点。
     第二部分是全文的理论基础,介绍了高校图书馆知识服务,包括知识服务综述,知识服务与信息服务的联系与区别,高校图书馆知识服务,以及知识服务对高校图书馆的重要性。
     从第三部分开始,是全文的重点,主要介绍了高校图书馆评价指标的选择,包括评价内容、评价思路及评价原则;评价体系的构建,包括调查问卷的设计以及评价中指标体系的合理性、科学性验证。
     第四部分介绍了评价的过程,包括评价对象的选择,如评价对象,评价目的及评价方法;第二小节介绍了层次分析法(AHP),并运用层次分析法对评价指标体系进行权重赋值,第三小节是运用神经网络的方法,选择METLAB作为工具箱对10所高校图书馆进行实例验证。
     第五部分是在第四部分实验过程分析的基础上,对分析结果进行展示,提出各个高校图书馆知识服务中存在的问题并给出相应的解决对策。
     第六部分为笔者对全文的总结以及期望。
Making difference from the public library service, the university library is playing an important role in the universities because of their service object, and their readers are mainly concentrated on experts, scholars as well as the students. While, these three groups are different because of their different traits in the aspects of their research, teaching and learning characteristics. What's more, the service, which university libraries provides cannot be limited to the traditional literature service because their majors have different characteristics, and they should provide, personalized, professional distinct literature and information service-knowledge service-according to the different needs of the service respectively.
     University library knowledge service in our country is still in its infancy. While some parts of university library have made some progress, such as in the technology and the level of knowledge management and in the patterns of knowledge service, the majority parts of the current knowledge service are not quite ideal. Furthermore, it has been a main problem of realizing the important sustainable development of the university library. And knowing how to improve the quality of university library service work, to improve the service ability and standard of the librarians also has been of great importance.
     Standing in the point view of the users, this dissertation is aiming at exploring the knowledge service of university library. Through providing the neural network, the writer is aiming at studying the evaluation index system of university library knowledge service. Besides, the writer choses10libraries in and around Hefei city as the evaluation objects in order to guide the library knowledge service work being better.
     This dissertation introduces about the current study situation of university library knowledge service both in and out of our country. As the starting point, the writer gives the whole view of the theory of knowledge service, and then discusses the university library knowledge service in order to establish the evaluation index system of knowledge service in university library. Meanwhile, the author also provides10colleges and university libraries in Anhui province as the evaluation object to carry on the empirical analysis through using the AHP method as well as the neural network test results and analysis. At last, the author gives the conclusion and summarization of the concrete scheme of university library knowledge service in Anhui province, such as enhancing personalized knowledge service.
     This dissertation altogether is divided into six parts:the first part of this paper mainly introduces the paper's research background and significance, research status at home and abroad, the content and research methods, thesis research ideas and research innovations.
     For the whole dissertation, the second part is the theoretical basis for the full text. In this section, the author introduces the knowledge service of university library, including the knowledge service, the relation and distinction between the information service and knowledge service, knowledge service in university library and the importance of knowledge service in university library.
     Starting from the third part, the next three sections are the focus of the full context. The third part mainly introduced the university library evaluation index selection, including the evaluation content, evaluation idea and principles of evaluation. What's more, the third part also introduces the construction of evaluation system, including the design of the questionnaire and the rationality of the evaluation index system and scientific validation.
     In the fourth part, the author introduces the selection of evaluation objects, including the evaluation object, evaluation purpose and evaluation methods. In addition, in the fourth part of the second section, the author introduces the analytic hierarchy process (AHP), evaluation index system and using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to weight assignment. Then, this part provides the data and the result of data analysis through the neural network of the fourth chapter. And the author selects the METLAB tool to analyze, and to display the analysis results.
     In the fifth part is the result of analysis, as a result, the author puts forward the existing problems of the knowledge service in university library in view of the data, and gives the corresponding solution strategy.
     The sixth part is the author's summary and expectation of this dissertation.
