摘要
有效的内河航道管理系统是水上交通安全的重要保障。本文采用GIS技术,对内河航道管理系统的设计、开发进行了深入地研究,其主要内容如下:
     分析了国内外航道管理的现状,论述了地理信息系统在航道管理中的应用。
     构建了基于GIS内河航道管理系统框架,将系统按功能区别分成三个子系统,即地理信息子系统、水上救援查询子系统和航标定位子系统。深入研究了GIS组件技术以及GIS二次开发组件MapX的技术特点,基于MapX与Visual Basic集成二次开发,对各子系统进行了详细设计。
     研究了系统开发过程中涉及的关键技术。在信息分类的基础上,采用编码技术制定了航道图形要素和救援物资的编码方案;基于矢量化技术,利用MapInfo制作了电子江图;以数字高程模型(DEM)为理论依据,运用IMAGIS制作了航道三维巡航录像;根据数据结构设计的要求,设计了航道属性数据的存储结构;结合数据库存储技术和GIS强大的查询功能,实现了救援信息的多方位、多范围查询;利用航标信息传输技术和GPS数据提取技术,实现了航标的实时监控。在系统详细设计的基础上,完成了相关软件的编制。
     本论文的研究为提高航道管理效率、保障水上交通安全拓宽了研究方向,提供了新的研究思路。
Effective inland waterway management system was the important guarantee of traffic safety on waterway. Around the design and development of inland waterway management system based on GIS, the main study content was composed with the following parts:
     Present situation of waterway management at home and abroad was analyzed. And the application of GIS technology to waterway management was discussed.
     The system frame of inland waterway management was established with the basic function of rescue information query on waterway and navigation mark positioning. The system was divided into three sub-systems, as the sub-system of GIS, the sub-system of rescue information query and the sub-system of navigation mark positioning. The GIS components technology and the technical characteristics of MapX were studied deeply. The development mode of the system was integrated secondary development of MapX and Visual Basic. And the sub-systems were designed clearly.
     The key technologies involved in the development of the system were studied in detail. On the basis of information classification, the information about waterway and rescue materials was coded with the support of the encoding technology. The inland-waterway electronic map was produced with MapInfo and the support of vectorization technology. Based on Digital Elevation Model, the cruising video of three-dimension waterway was produced with IMAGIS. The storage structure of waterway categorical data was designed. Rescue information query of multi-directions and multirange was achieved by the utilization of database store technology and the powerful query function in GIS. The real-time monitoring of navigation mark was achieved by the application of navigation mark information transmission technology and GPS data extracting technology. And the system software was made on the basis of the detail design of system.
     The study of the thesis was good to improve the efficiency of waterway management. And a new research thinking of waterway management was provided.
