民族学院教务管理系统的分析与设计
摘要
高校教务管理工作是高等教育中的一个极为重要的组成部分,是整个院校管理的核心和基础。随着高等教育不断发展,高校规模持续扩大,高校学生的数量急剧增加,面对种类繁多的数据和报表,手工处理方式已经很难跟上现代化管理的步伐,随着计算机及通讯技术的飞速发展,高等教育对教务管理工作提出了更高的要求。北京邮电大学民族教育学院作为首都民族预科教育基地,近年来在校生人数不断增加,开发建立一个高效的教务管理系统已成为学院信息化建设道路上的迫切需求。
本文通过对北京邮电大学民族教育学院教学管理的需求进行分析,提出了采用Web服务作为该教务管理信息系统设计的技术手段。针对少数民族特点,结合多年来对高校教务管理工作的了解和思考,作出了一个学分制教务管理系统中以Web服务模式的分析与设计方案。
本文论述了基于ASP.NET架构实现B／S结构的主要技术,基于Web的教务管理系统的技术方案、系统设计、技术重点与解决方法,以及最终的系统展望。主要内容有：
1.本系统采用B／S结构开发技术,是针对原有C／S结构的缺陷而提出的,客户端借助于浏览器运行,是典型的瘦客户端。本系统使用的是目前流行的技术方案ASP.NET技术+SQL Server,构成一种前后台相结合的完整解决方案。它为快速开发出动态、交互、高效的Web管理系统提供了有效的手段。
2.本系统设计的功能有系统管理、学籍管理、课程管理、考务管理、成绩管理、教室管理和教学计划管理等功能。
3.系统的主要特点有：
1)系统的方便易用性：基于B／S结构,系统的开发和维护都在服务器端,用户端只需安装浏览器,就可上网登录使用系统,界面友好方便,易于使用。
2)实时共享性：本系统不受连接用户限制,具有个性化特征,合法用户根据相应级别享受不同的信息服务,满足了不同需求的用户。
3)查询的多样性：本系统可实现任意条件的组合查询,模糊查询,以分页的方式输出查询结果。
4.系统开发基于VisualStudio2008+SQLServer2008。
The academic administration management in higher education institutions is an important part of higher education; it's the core and basis. With the development of higher education, the expansion of colleges and universities, and the increasing number of university students, to handle various database and report sheets manually can no longer keep up with the pace of modern management. As computer and communication technology develops rapidly, the academic administration management is highly challenged by higher requirements. Ethnic Education School of BUPT, as an educational base of capital Ethnic Preparatory Education, is in great need of a more efficient academic administration management system.
This article puts forward a Web-based information management system for the educational administration management of Ethnic Education school of BUPT, based on the need analysis in the school's educational management. The author demonstrates the inevitable trend of adopting computerized management; analyzes the main connotation of credit-based educational management; compares features of various approaches and combines her understandings of and reflections on the educational management of higher education before introducing the Web-based information management system design.
This discussion describes the main techniques to achieve the B/S structure based on ASP.NET, the technical scheme of the Web-based educational management system, its system design, its technical focus and solutions and its final system outlook. The main contents are as follows:
1. This system is developed by the B/S structure, which is improved on the original C/S structure. It is a typical thin-client side, where the client side is running with the browser.The system adopts popular technology program ASP.NET+SQL Server; which constitutes a complete solution with the combination of front and back. It provides an effective way for developing a dynamic, interactive and efficient Web-based management system.
2. The functions of this system include system management, school rolls management, course management, examination management, score management, classroom management and course planning management etc.
3. Features of the system:
1) Convenient and easy to use:based on the B/S structure, the development and the maintenance of the system are on the server side. The client can log the system just by installing a browser and the interface is convenient and easy to understand.
2) Real-time and shared:the system is not restricted to the connecting users. With personalized features, it can meet different needs of users, where legitimate users can enjoy different information services according to their corresponding level.
3) Search Diversity:this system can achieve the combination query of any conditions, fuzzy queries and output the query results by page.
4. The system is developed by VisualStudio2008+SQLServer2008.
