面向鞋机生产的三维可视化库存管理系统研究

摘要
三维可视化技术的出现,为各类数据的可视化提供了新的表达方式和描述方法,为人机交互界面技术提供了新的发展方向和空间。库存管理在鞋机生产过程中起着非常重要的作用。论文构建了基于三维模型的三维可视化库存管理系统,为管理人员提供更好的人机交互接口和空间图形信息。具体研究工作如下:
     (1)分析了鞋机生产企业的运作流程,提出了控制鞋机及其零部件库存数量的实现思想和系统的设计目标,对系统的框架结构和功能模块进行了设计。
     (2)研究了实现三维可视化库存管理系统的技术方案。该方案利用三维建模软件SolidWorks构建鞋机及其零部件的三维模型,通过Eon Studio所提供的模型转换接口将三维模型直接导入到虚拟场景中制作成三模型标准文件并保存到三维模型库;将三维模型标准文件和零部件的基本信息相互关联,利用关联关系将三维模型提取到虚拟场景中并构建虚拟场景,再利用消息传递机制和数据库访问技术实现用户与三维模型交互控制并对交互信息进行有效传递和存储。
     (3)研究了三维可视化管理系统中存在的几个关键技术问题:虚拟场景的构建、三维可视化交互控制技术和二维数据信息与三维模型信息之间的关联技术等,并针对这些关键技术问题提出了本系统的实现方案。
     (4)通过对三维可视化库存管理系统的定义和功能进行分析,从纵向和横向两个层面提出了系统可视化的信息模型,详细分析了纵向转换系统的元数据、可视化构件、可视化模块和外模式四级结构。按照四级结构对功能映射形成纵向转换系统,经过连接映射过程形成横向转换系统。纵向和横向转换系统相互关联映射,形成三维可视化库存管理系统。
     (5)利用虚拟现实开发平台EON Studio 5.0结合VC++6.0(MFC)高级编程语言及JavaScrpit脚本语言在Windows XP系统上完成对三维可视化库存管理系统的开发。该系统已应用到广东省东莞某鞋机生产企业。
New expression mode and description way is provided for various data visualized as a result of the emergence of 3D visualized technique which offers new developing trend and space to user interface technique. Inventory management information system plays an important role in shoes machinery production process. In order to providing inventory managers with better user interface and spatial graphics information, the focus of this thesis is to construct the 3D visualized inventory management system basing on product virtual model.
     According to the study on the production process of shoes machinery production enterprises, the implementation solution with respect to control the quantity of parts is presented. Sebsequently, the design objection, architecture and function modules of the system is designed.
     In order to develop the system, the technique approach is given in detail. The approach constructs the 3D models of parts with 3D modeling software SolidWorks. Using 3D model transformation interface of Eon Studio, the 3D models were imported into virtual scenarios and transformed into the 3D standard model files which will be saved into 3D model database. With the relationship between 3D standard model files and the basic information of parts, 3D models will be invoked into virtual scenarios. The interactive control technique between user and 3D model is implemented by making use of message-passing mechanisms and database access technique with which the interactive information is delivered effective and storied.
     On the basis of analyzing the approach, several key issues of the system such as construction of virtual environment, interactive control technique and the relationship technique of 2D data information and 3D model information and solutions are assessed and their solution are given.
     According to analyze the definition and functions of the system, the information model of system visualized was proposed from two horizonal and vertical levels. Vertical transformation system was divided into meta data, visualized component, visualized model, outer mode which were analyzed in details. Vertical transformation system was built with its function. Horizonal transformation systems were established by many vertical transformation systems. Later, horizontal transformation systems and vertical transformation systems intertwined and mapped with each other to form the system.
     Finally, on the platform of VC++6.0(MFC), Eon Studio 5.0, programming languages JavaScrpit and Windows XP, the system is initially developed. It has been applied to inverntory management in one of DongGuan enterprises of GuangDong province.
