中小制造企业库存管理系统的开发与设计

摘要
库存管理作为企业管理的一个重要内容,一直受到人们的广泛关注。它不仅影响企业的资金流动,更影响着企业的生产能力和效率。加强企业库存管理,可以提高企业生产效率,降低经营成本,进而提高企业的竞争能力。然而,我国很多生产企业尤其是中小制造企业,普遍存在着库存控制方法不合理、信息化程度低等问题,库存问题日益成为制约企业生存和发展的瓶颈。
本文从中小制造企业库存管理的现状入手,分析了中小制造业企业生产的特点以及库存管理存在的问题,指出加强中小制造企业库存管理、实现库存管理信息化的重要性。在中小企业库存管理特点的基础上,本文对常见的几种库存控制和管理方法进行了研究,在特定研究对象上海爱隆建筑设备结构件有限公司的分析基础上,提出了信息化解决方案。
本文按照结构化系统化的开发方法,对中小企业库存管理系统进行了详细的系统分析,从技术和管理的角度论证了系统开发的可行性,进而提出了系统设计的整体目标,并对系统进行了详细的业务流程分析和数据流程分析。在对系统详细调查的基础上,建立了库存管理信息系统的功能模型,对系统功能模块进行了详尽的分析,并利用数据库开发的有关技术设计了库存管理系统的数据库模型。最后对系统实现的重点和难点进行了说明,并介绍了实现的主要模块。
本系统将库存ABC分析法纳入到库存管理系统解决方案中,实现了库存订货点法的信息化处理,利用树状模式进行数据的浏览和查询,提高了查找效率。以MRP作为相关需求库存的处理策略,在系统中实现了原材料需求预测分析。系统的功能完整,涵盖了库存管理从原材料入库到产成品出库的整个业务流程。系统界面风格统一,易于操作,具有较强的实用价值。
As an important content of business administration,inventory management has been widely concerned about.It not only has effect on the floating capital turnover of enterprises, but also on production capacity and efficiency.Enhancing enterprises' inventory management can improve production efficiency,reduce operating costs and strengthen their competences. But most manufacturing enterprises especially small&medium manufacturing enterprises still share lots of problems such as inventory control methods is unreasonable and inventory informationization is low.The inventory management is increasingly becoming a bottleneck to the survival and development of enterprises.
Proceeding with the status of inventory management,this paper analyzes the production characteristics and problems existing in inventory management of small & medium-sized manufacturing enterprises.This paper points out the importance of strengthening inventory management and realizating inventory management informationization of small and medium-sized on the basis of characteristics of the inventory management in small&medium manufacturing enterprises.This paper researches several common inventory control and management methods.On the analyzing of Shanghai AiLong construction equipment Structural parts Co.,Ltd,this paper give an information-based solution on its inventory management.
According to Structured System Development Methodology,this paper carries out a detailed analysis on the inventory management system of small&medium manufacturing enterprises and demonstrates the feasibility of system development from the perspective of technology and management,then makes the overall system design goals and carries out detailed business processes analysis and data flow analysis.On the foundation of investigation of the system in detail,this paper establishes the inventory management information system functional model with a detailed analysis and sets up the inventory management system database model using database development technology.Finally,this paper gives a description on importance and the difficulties in system and introduces the main modules.
This system takes ABC analysis method into inventory management and realizes informationization of order point method.It improves the search efficiency by using tree view mode to browse and query data and realizes demand forecast analysis of raw materials through taking MRP as relevant demand inventory strategy.The system Function is integrity, covering the whole inventory management business processes from raw materials procurement to finished product sale.The interface style is unified.This system is easy to operate and has a strong practical value.
