禹州市钧瓷原料矿产资源及钧瓷产业发展研究

摘要
河南省禹州市的钧瓷,始于唐,历史悠久,是我国五大名瓷之一,以其“入窑一色,出窑万彩”的神奇变幻而著称,在我国陶瓷史上占有极其重要的地位。目前,钧瓷发展步伐迟缓,钧瓷产业在禹州市国民经济中还没有占到应有的份额。本文运用产业经济学、产业集群、创意产业和现代管理理论,结合禹州市钧瓷产业发展的实际情况,针对钧瓷产业发展的战略问题,进行了较为系统的研究。从宏观(政府)-中观(市场)-微观(企业)三个层面提出了禹州市钧瓷产业发展的战略:
     宏观战略:通过明确产业定位,创新发展思路;强化政策创新,为钧瓷产业发展提供强有力的制度保障;大力实施产业集群发展战略;创建中国钧瓷产业区域品牌;加强钧瓷文化的保护和弘扬,推进钧瓷文化旅游的发展,提高钧瓷产业集群的品牌知名度;建设区域创新体系,发展创新型中国钧瓷产业集群。中观战略:建设中国钧瓷产业市场体系;健全以钧瓷行业协会为主体的协调机制;加强社会中介服务体系建设,助力钧瓷产业集群快速发展。
     微观战略:包括企业总体战略、企业竞争战略、企业营销战略、企业品牌战略和企业管理创新战略。
     禹州市中国钧瓷产业集群的发展是我国中部经济欠发达地区非常有代表性的依托资源优势,密切产业内部联系,走“资源技术创新导向型”产业集群发展道路的典范,搞得好,对艺术瓷产业发展和很多类似地区经济发展都具有重要的借鉴和参考意义。因为区域发展从传统农业社会向现代工业社会跨越,需要足够的资本积累,包括原始资本积累、人力资本积累、社会文化资本积累、创业环境营造等。从禹州市当前的实践可以看到,对于中部地区来说,这种积累还是从自身的实质性优势做起见效比较快捷,起步成本比较低。而产业集群是促进相关因素集聚的有效载体,依托产业集群的集聚优势,能够有力地推动资金积累、人才积累、技术集聚,大步走向工业社会,有效推进工业化进程,完成区域发展从传统农业社会向现代工业社会的历史性跨越。
Jun-porcelain is one of the five most famous porcelains, derived from Yu City, Henan Province. It is well known for its magic change of colors, which is said "win a hand into the kiln, bring a million prize". It takes an important position in the history of pottery and porcelain.
     At present, compared to the other famous kiln Ru,Ge, Guan, Ding, the development of Jun is being kept, protected and developed best. Its art impact and industrial efficiency is also the largest. But compared to Jingdezhen porcelain, Foshan, Dezhou, Chaozhou, Liling, and other porcelain areas, Yuzhou District is in a slow pace of development, and the gap is widening. Jun-porcelain industry has not accounted for due share in the national economy of Yu city. Based on industry economics, industrial clusters, the creative economy, modern management theory and the actual situation of Jun-porcelain industry's development of in Yu City, in accordance with the significant practical problems of Jun-porcelain in the process of reform and development, Jun-porcelain industry development strategy, a more systematic exposition is carried out in this thesis.
     After a careful investigation and study of the current situation of Yuzhou City industry, and based on the in-depth analysis of the external and internal factors which impact Yu city's Jun-porcelain industry development,this article puts forward the developing strategies for Jun-porcelain industries in Yu City from the macroscopic(the government)-middle(market)-microcosmic(enterprise) three aspects:
     Macroscopic strategy: innovate the development strategy by making clear the industry position; strengthen the innovation policy, and provide a strong security system for the development of Jun-porcelain industries; vigorously implement the strategy for the development of industrial clusters; create Chinese Jun-porcelain industries regional brands; strengthen the protection and promotion of culture, promote the development of cultural tourism to Jun City, and improve the brand awareness of Jun-porcelain industry clusters; build the regional innovation system to develop innovative Chinese Jun-porcelain industry clusters.
     Middle strategy: build Chinese Jun-porcelain industries market system; improve the coordination mechanism with the Jun-porcelain professional associations as the center; strengthen the social intermediary service system to help the Jun-porcelain industry clusters to develop rapidly.
     Microcosmic strategy: Including the overall business strategy, competition strategy, marketing strategy, brand strategy and enterprises management innovation strategy.
     Chinese Jun-porcelain industry clusters in Yuzhou city are very representative in terms of relying on resources in central China's underdeveloped areas, to close contact in-house industry, and the model to take the road of "resource-oriented technology" development of industrial clusters. If done well, it can become very important and useful reference to art porcelain industry and a lot of similar regional economic development because it needs sufficient capital accumulation, including primitive capital accumulation, human capital accumulation, social and cultural capital accumulation, a business creating environment and so on, to across from a traditional agricultural society to modern industrial society. From the city's current practice we can see that, as to the central region, it is faster and low cost to start if this accumulative start with substantial advantage of their own. The industry cluster is an effective vehicle to promote the accumulation of factors related. Industrial clusters based on the advantages of clustering, can promote initial capital accumulation, human resource accumulation, technology concentration, and can cultivate various types of entrepreneurs and master faster which are the need of the era of industry economy and innovation economic side by side. Led by local entrepreneurs in the group, the local economy will be able to step toward the industrial society relatively balanced, promote the effective process of industrialization, and make a historic leap from a traditional agricultural society to a modern industrial society.
