水泥混凝土路面沥青混合料功能层研究

摘要
水泥混凝土路面是高等级路面的重要结构型式,具有使用寿命长、养护工作量小、能源消耗少、施工简便以及对交通等级和环境适应性强等优点。但是由于各种原因,我国早期修建的水泥混凝土路面使用寿命大大低于设计使用年限,断裂和脱空等早期病害十分普遍。为了延长混凝土路面使用寿命,本文进行层间加铺沥青混合料功能层的研究,该研究对减少水泥混凝土路面的早期破坏,改善混凝土路面使用性能,建设节约型社会具有重要理论意义。
     本文基于混凝土路面层间作用机理和过渡层理论,分析了水泥混凝土路面常见破坏形式,针对刚性基层水泥混凝土路面基层与面层之间的刚度协调问题和半刚性基层水泥混凝土路面的基层冲刷问题,指出水泥混凝土路面设置层间功能层的必要性。依托室内试验,自行开发试验装置测试功能层混合料累积变形,优选常用混合料AC-16、AC-13、AC-10进行试验,分析混合料累积变形影响因素以及增长规律,对试验前后试件进行体积变形分析,得出层间功能层产生累积变形更重要的原因是剪切推挤,而不是压密的结论。根据试验结果得出功能层产生的累积变形小于3.5mm,不会影响混凝土面层的平整度。此外,进行了功能层混合料室内抗剪试验和水稳定性试验验证。在试验研究和理论分析的基础上提出了水泥混凝土路面层间功能层沥青混合料设计方法。
Cement concrete pavement is an important road structure form of high-grade pavement with long service life, low maintenance workload, less energy consumption, simple construction, as well as strong adaptability to traffic grade and environment. However, due to various reasons, our country's early cement concrete pavement life significantly lower than design life, early disease such as fracture and disengaging are widespread. In order to extend concrete pavement service life, The dissertation mainly studyed setting asphalt mixture functional layer for Cement concrete pavement. The study palys important theoretical significance to reduce early damage,improve concrete pavement performance and build a conservation-minded society.
     The dissertation based on the concrete pavement interlayer effect mechanism and transition layer theory, analyzes common failure types of cement concrete pavement, according to stiffness coordination problems between base and surface course of rigid base cement concrete pavement and the base erosion problems of semi-rigid base cement concrete pavement,then point out the necessity of setting functional layer between base and surface course of cement concrete pavement. Based on laboratory test, test device is developed to test accumulated deformation of the functional layer mixture. Preferred common mixture AC-16, AC-13, AC-10, analyze the influencing factors of cumulative deformation of mixtures as well as the increasing law. According to specimen volume deformation analysis of pre and post of the test,we can make a conclusion that more important reason of deformation is shear push,rather than pressure consolidation.Based on the test results that the cumulative deformation of the functional layer is less than 3.5mm, will not affect the flatness of the concrete panels. In addition, lab shear test and water stability test are carried out to prove their excellent performance.And based on indoor shear test and water stability test, the dissertation puts forward cement concrete pavement functional layer asphalt mixture design method.
