肝硬化的中西医二法治疗

摘要
论文第一部分的主旨是综述自身免疫性肝炎基础和临床研究方面的进展。在复习主要是近十年来发表的大量文献的基础上，从临床特征、诊断、发病机理、组织学特征、分型、遗传倾向性和治疗等方面介绍了自身免疫性肝炎研究近况。对临床实践颇有帮助的诊断积分系统和治疗策略作了较详尽的描述。最后对中医药诊治自身免疫性肝炎研究作了适当介绍。
论文第二部分总结了导师张光华教授经多年临床实践摸索出的肝硬化中医辩证治疗规律，强调合理、准确、务实的运用中西医两种手段进行诊断和治疗是肝硬化病人获得最佳预后的关键。
The aim of the first part of this study was to review the investigational and clinical improvements of autoimmune hepatitis. On the light of a collection of substantial articles mainly issued in the last ten years, I have managed to describe the profile of AIH in such aspects as clinical character, diagnosis, pathogenetic mechanisms, histological features, subclassifications, genetic predispositions and promising treatments. Though the diagnosis and treatments are the highlights, so to speak, of this review. More attention was paid to the novel recommendated scoring system for diagnosis of Affl which guarantees the correctness in our complex clinical practice. A proper description was integrated in the end to manifest the domestic research of Affl based on the TCM theory.
In the second half of this study, I have presented some opinions on the treatments of cirrosis, basing on the important experience of Professor Zhang Guanghua formed from decades' clinical practice in the field of hepatopathy. The core principle of his opinions lies in the belief that correct, deliberated and detached use of TCM, which oriented from ancient Chinese philosophy and thus quite different from and almost impossible to be assimilated into medical science, together with proper management with medical science, can improve the outcome of the patients of cirrosis.
