面向对象计算机辅助板式家具设计系统的研究与实现

摘要
在面向过程的计算机辅助板式家具设计中,家具产品仅仅以几何图形来表示,缺少材料、加工工艺、装配等生产加工信息,导致家具企业在实施系统信息集成时,CAD系统难以与CAPP、CAM、ERP等其他系统有效的结合。
     本论文对板式家具的设计原理和设计方法进行了深入的分析研究,并应用面向对象技术,开发了面向对象的计算机辅助板式家具设计系统。此系统模拟真实设计活动,辅助设计人员完成板式家具产品设计,并很好的实现了与CAPP、CAM、ERP等其他系统的集成,具有一定的理论意义和重要的实际意义。论文的主要研究和开发工作包括:
     1 对多种面向对象建模方法进行了深入的分析,并考虑板式家具设计的需要和自身的特点,采用综合面向对象建模方法进行课题的开发。
     2 研究了板式家具的零件造型和部件造型,根据他们的特点,分别建立了对象信息模型。论文还对可重用部件库进行了研究,提出了部件存储和部件提取的方法。
     3 深入研究了板式家具结构设计中板块连接方式识别、五金件库和自动定孔等关键技术,建立了装配连接对象模型来解决这些问题。
     4 开发了实用了的计算机辅助板式家具设计软件,并经在光明集团使用验证,满足了企业的要求。
In the process-oriented computer-aided plank furniture design system, there is only the geometrical graph to express furniture product, but there is no necessary information such as material, process, and assembly etc. For this reason, when furniture enterprise implements information integration, it's difficulty that CAD system integrate with other system such as CAPP, CAM, ERP etc.
    After deeply research on design principle and design method of plank furniture, a computer-aided plank furniture design system is developed by using object-oriented method. This system simulates the real design activity, can aid designer to finish plank furniture design, and integrates effectively other system such as CAPP, CAM, ERP etc. The main work of this dissertation includes :
    1 Analyzes deeply various object-oriented modeling methods. According to the requirement and characteristic of plank furniture design, this dissertation use integrative object-oriented modeling method to develop the item.
    2 Research on part modeling and components modeling of plank furniture. According to their characteristic, this dissertation finishes their object information model. This dissertation researches reused components database too, brings forward the method to restore and pick-up components.
    3 Research the key technology of plank furniture fitting design including identifying the connection types, fitting database, automatic locating holes, and finish fitting connection object model to resolve the questions.
    4 According to above research, a applied computer-aided plank furniture design software have been developed. It's used in GuangMing Co. It's proved that it fill the requirement of furniture enterprises.
