番石榴叶治疗小儿病毒性腹泻的临床研究

摘要
研究背景:自1972年发现诺瓦克病毒后,已相继发现和确立了以下几种能引起腹泻的病毒,即轮状病毒、诺瓦克样病毒、肠腺病毒、星状病毒、肠道冠状病毒及细小病毒等。金玉等2003—2004期间对兰州地区婴幼儿病毒性腹泻病原体进行了流行病学调查研究,证实了轮状病毒与诺瓦克样病毒是小儿秋季腹泻最常见的病原体。病毒性腹泻已经给患儿、家庭及社会都带来很大的影响,目前,病毒性腹泻尚无特异的抗病毒药物,而中医药呈现出独特的优势。
     陈宝田教授长期临床工作中,通过对大量中草药的筛选,研制出急泻停胶囊(以番石榴叶为主药,其它中药为辅,组成番石榴叶复方),目前急泻停胶囊已完成国家三期临床试验,经过长期临床医疗实践证明对轮状病毒性腹泻疗效确切。大量的研究证实番石榴叶与急泻停胶囊对轮状病毒性腹泻有较好的疗效,但二者之间临床疗效是否有差异尚不明白。番石榴叶对轮状病毒体外及体内都有较好的抗病毒作用,是否对诺瓦克样病毒是否有同样效果,此研究将初步回答。
     目的:评价番石榴叶及急泻停胶囊治疗婴幼儿病毒性腹泻病的临床疗效并初步探讨作用机理。探讨广州地区诺瓦克样病毒性腹泻的发病情况,同时观察番石榴叶对其治疗效果。
     方法:
     1、将2004年9月~2005年2月、2005年10月南方医院门诊腹泻患儿310
BACKGROUND: The four diarrhea virus (Rotavirus,Norwalk-like virus,Adenovirus and Astrovirus)were discovered one and another after the Norwalk virus was discovered in 1972 Jin-yu etc reported that the rotavirus and Norwalk-like virus were the most commonly encountered diarrhea virus in all of child autumn diarrhea ,in Nanzhou during 2003 and 2004.The virus diarrhea has taken great effect on the children with diarrhea ,family and society.However,there are not any specific anti-virus-diarrhea-drugs to been developed.To the contary,the Chinese medicine has unique advantages in treating virus diarrhea.
    In long clinical practice professor Chen Bao-tian developed the Jixieting Capsule(the major component is Psidium guajava L).Many clinical and laboratory studies indicated that Psidium guajava L and Jixieting Capsule could antagonize the infection of rotavirus,and had a good curative effect on diarrhea caused by rotavirus.However,if there are differences in clinical efficacy between the two dugs,and if Psidium guajava L has the same affect on Norwalk-like virus that it antagonize the infection of rotavirus.Above all of the questions will be answered in this research.
    AIM:
    1.To evaluate the therapeutic effect of Psidium guajava L and Jixieting Capsule.
