铁路客车配件类产品生产计划与调度问题研究

摘要
随着产品创新的步伐加快,铁路客车配件类产品的生产模式已转变为多品种、中小批量生产方式。该类产品生产工作的核心就是铁路客车配件类产品生产企业按铁路客车生产企业安排的生产任务,按时、保质地完成配件类产品的生产。主要的工作内容是:(1)生产计划分解与能力平衡工作;(2)安排好车间作业调度工作。
     论文以铁路客车车窗类产品为代表的铁路客车配件类产品的生产实际为背景,结合该类产品的生产计划与调度的实际需求,借鉴MRP和JIT相结合的生产计划与控制思想、并着眼短期零库存管理期望,以四种型号的铁路客车车窗生产实际为例,首先研究了该类产品生产计划分解与能力平衡的计算问题,建立了相关数学方程,并结合实际设计了该类产品日生产计划的编制流程和调度流程,对实际生产计划算例进行了较为细致地计算与分析,得出了有关结论。然后,在对该类产品生产作业调度问题的特点及思想分析基础上,从保证生产流程化、均衡化,避免在制品积压,确保产品生产成套性入手,设计了结合使用看板管理JIT拉动生产控制模式思想的该类产品日生产作业调度工作基本流程;同时,考虑到生产设备的不唯一性,借鉴非标准作业车间调度思想,建立了该类产品生产作业调度的数学模型,并利用了遗传算法实现了问题的求解。
     论文在完成以上工作基础上,采用面向对象的技术,建立了该类产品生产计划与作业调度系统的信息模型,并采用C#2.0语言和Access数据库,在Microsoft Visual Studio 2005开发环境下,完成了系统的软件实现。
With the accelerated pace of production innovation, the production mode of the accessories products of railway passenger cars has been transformed into the multi-species, small and medium batch process. The core work of such product is that the product manufacturing enterprises of the accessories products of railway passenger cars fulfills the manufacturing task of railway passenger accessories according to the requirements of railway passenger car manufacturer enterprises on time. The main works are:(1) the work of production planning decomposition and capability balance; (2) arrangement for work of job shop scheduling.
     The product of rail passenger window of railway passenger cars is taken as the background. Actual needs of production planning and scheduling are also taken into consideration. This paper utilizes production planning and control idea of a combination of MRP and JIT, focusing on management expectations of short-term zero stock. The actual production for four types of window of railway passenger cars is taken as an example. First, the problem of production planning decomposition and ability balance of the products is studied, and relevant mathematical equation is established. The preparation and scheduling process of daily production plan is designed according to the practice. Calculation and analysis for actual production plan is made, and corresponding conclusions are obtained. Then, on the basis of characteristic and the idea analysis of production scheduling problem, it is designed that the basic processes of the products daily production job scheduling with the use of JIT which is in combination of Kanban to pull production control mode from guaranteeing of the production process, balance, and preventing products from backlog. At the same time, considering the uniqueness of production equipment, taking the idea of non-standard job shop scheduling as example, mathematical model of production job scheduling is established, and the Genetic Algorithm is used to solve the problem.
     Based on the above work, object-oriented technology is applied to this research. Information system model of the product manufacturing planning and job scheduling is established. The software implementation of the system is completed in the Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 development environment using C# 2.0 language and Access database.
