铁厂沟矿急斜临界角煤层综放开采高产高效关键技术研究

摘要
根据铁厂沟煤矿的开采条件,以相似模拟、理论计算和工程统计分析相结合的方法,针对急倾斜下临界角特厚煤层水平分段综采放顶煤工作面,对巷道布置、工作面阶段高度、顶煤放出规律、工作面回采工艺等高产高效关键技术内容进行研究和工程实践。
     急斜煤层水平分段工作面长度受煤层厚度限制,大幅度提高产量的主要技术途径之一是提高分段高度,并尽可能减少段高增加带来的底板三角煤损失。本文针对铁厂沟煤矿45°煤层特点,通过相似模拟试验分析在不同段高取值下,围岩变形破坏特征及其对顶煤放出率的影响,为确定合理的水平分段高度提供依据;通过对两种不同粘结力情况下顶煤冒放的模拟试验研究及对比分析,得出顶煤冒放的基本特征,为回采工艺实践研究提供依据。
     采区准备巷道布置及巷道支护是采煤方法的重要组成部分,科学合理的巷道布置及巷道支护为提高工作面生产能力、简化回采工艺、保证工作面安全创造条件,是急斜特厚煤层高效综放开采的关键技术之一。急斜临界角特厚煤层水平分段综放开采巷道布置及巷道支护与一般的综放开采相比有很大的不同。本文在工程实践中比较准确的掌握其矿山压力显现特征之后,科学合理的优化设计巷道布置及巷道支护方式,为工作面安全高效回采提供基础条件。
     科学合理的回采工艺是工作面获得高产高效和安全的基本保障。合理的分段高度是保证工作面高产高效的关键技术参数。本文通过对铁厂沟煤矿矿压显现分析,对工作面分段高度取值进行理论分析和数值模拟研究,并在现场进行生产试验,合理确定了分段高度,结合实践总结出了一套适合急斜特厚煤层水平分段综放开采的安全、高效的放煤工艺。基于上述的研究,确定了实现急倾斜临界角特厚煤层综放开采高产高效的关键技术,如合理的巷道布置及巷道支护、合理的阶段高度和回采工艺等,对安全生产实践具有实际指导意义。
According to mining conditions in Tiechanggou coalmine, techniques of high yield and efficiency on fully mechanized top coal caving, including laneway settings at working face, which especially focus on phase height, coal drawing law and extraction technology was studied in steep thick seams by means of similar simulation, engineering calculation and statistical analysis.
     Because length of the working face was limited by thickness of coal seam, one of the main techniques largely increasing output is to improve the phase height, and to minimize the triangular coal losses at the process of increasing phase height. Through simulation analysis of the different high value after studying 45°coal seam characteristics, rock deformation characteristics and it’s effect to top coal’s recovery ratio were researched. It provides reference for determining a reasonable level phase height. By means of simulation studies and comparative analysis of top coal caving under two different cohesion in coal, the basic characteristics of drawing was obtained and it provides reference for the practice of mining technology.
     District prepared laneway layout including laneway support is an important component of mining method. A scientific and rational layout of the laneway and the laneway support should work to improve productivity, simplifying mining technology, and create conditions to ensure work safety. In steep thick seam mining, the laneway layout and laneway support are different with those of general fully mechanized top coal caving. Based on the engineering practice and after more accurately understanding strata behavior, one of the key techniques of high yield and efficiency is scientific and rational layout including laneway design which is an important basis for efficient access to safe conditions.
     Scientific and rational mining technology. is one of the basic need of efficient and safe for guaranteeing high-yielding face. Rational phase height is a key technologies parameter which guarantees high yield and efficiency. This paper has summarized a set of safe and efficient caving technology fitting for mining steep seams by strata behavior analysis, reasonable high value of working face and numerical simulation. This method could resolve some technical issues in similar coalmining, and enriched and developed a mechanical technology. Based on above studies, the key technique of high yield and efficiency was determined in steep down critical angle Seam in Tiechanggou coalmine, such as reasonable laneway layout, laneway support, a reasonable phase height and extraction techniques. Study of key technique has practical guidance to the practice of safe production.
