通信企业建设项目的财务管理

摘要
在项目管理日益被普遍运用于公司运作的今天,在竞争越来越激烈的市场环境下,提升项目管理水平己成为企业生存的基本保证。通信企业建设项目的财务管理从过去的粗放型管理向精细化管理转变,如何从通信企业财务管理的角度控制、完善项目管理,如何针对通信建设项目的特点进行财务管理是很多通信企业面临的难题。本文结合基建管理流程,从项目前期立项阶段的财务评估方式,项目实施过程中的成本和风险控制,项目竣工阶段的资产转固和财务竣工决算编制,工程完工后的项目后评价等方面阐述了项目管理对通信企业建设项目财务管理的指导作用,同时,也阐述了通信企业建设项目财务管理对项目管理的支撑作用。
Project management is widely used in growing companies operate today, the market competition is more fierce, the level of project management has become a basic guarantee for the survival of enterprises. The communications enterprise financial management projects from the past and extensive management to intensive management changes, how communication enterprises from the perspective of financial management control, improve project management, communication construction projects to address the financial management characteristics of communication enterprises are facing many problems.
This paper combination of the infrastructure management processes, from the pre-project phase of the project financial assessment methods, the implementation of the project cost and risk control, the project completion phase of the Solid and financial assets to the completion of the preparation of the accounts, after the completion of post-project evaluations, and other aspects described project management of construction projects. Communication Enterprise financial management in guiding the same time, also expounded communications construction project financial management enterprise project management on the supporting as an important role.
