基于价值链整合的商品钢筋供应链体系构建

摘要
建筑行业业已成为我国国民经济的支柱行业,作为建筑原材料三大支柱之一的钢筋,其原有的供应链模式已经无法适应当今激烈的市场竞争,新型的钢筋供应链体系的研发已经成为当今各大钢厂以及钢铁物流企业所共同关注的话题。本文以价值链整合理论为基础,通过对钢筋供应链模式的全面深入分析,构建了一种新型的商品钢筋供应链模式,进而建立起一套供应链评价体系,最后落脚到现实钢铁物流企业,通过价值链整合,构建商品钢筋供应链新型模式,以此打造其企业核心竞争力。
     本文基于价值链理论和供应链理论,采用理论和实证相结合的方法,对钢铁物流企业所采用的钢筋供应链体系进行了革新。首先对现有的钢筋供应链体系的优缺点进行了全面的分析,指出变革的思想来源;进而基于价值链理论,强调将企业内部资源和外部资源进行优化和重组,向供应商和顾客延伸,建立起上下游共同谋发展的利益联盟体,以此建立起长期稳定的竞争优势;而后再聚焦到供应链体系的构建,以钢铁物流实际企业为例,分析并构建商品钢筋新型供应链体系,进而论述新型的钢筋供应链模式的特点、优势以及发展的趋势,并提出作为钢铁物流企业如何在如今激烈的竞争市场中谋得生存和发展的空间。
     论文共分七章,第一章绪论,说明论文的整体框架和研究意义;第二章阐明理论基础,以价值链和供应链理论分析为主;第三章阐述和分析钢筋供应链体系特点,基于价值链整合构建钢铁物流企业的核心竞争力;第四章聚焦商品钢筋新型供应链体系的构建以及模式研究;第五章建立商品钢筋供应链模式的评价体系;第六章以一家钢铁物流企业为例,分析通过建立新型商品钢筋供应链模式而打造企业核心竞争力:第七章为结论和研究展望。
The construction industry has been one of significant industries in China. Moreover, this is a drastic competitory market. As one important constituent part of construction industry, the old supply chain steel model has not fit the current market. All the steelworks and channel partners have paid great attention to the model design of the new supply chain of steel in construction industry. Basing on the theory of value chain, the thesis conceives a new supply chain model of steel by analyzing it roundly. Moreover, a new evaluating system of supply chain is founded at the same time. At last, the thesis pays great attention on the development of logistic corporation and how to build the core competitive capability for them.
     Basing on the theory of value chain and supply chain, combining of theoretical and empirical models,the thesis renovates the old supply chain of steel. Firstly, the disadvantage of the existing supply chain of steel is analysed. Secondly, basing on the theory of value chain, it emphasizes to optimize and integrate diverse resources including internal resource and external resource and from a coalition benefiting for each other through the supplier and the customer. The thought of the value chain can help the enterprise build a core of long -term competitive advantage. Thirdly, the thesis focuses on the structure of supply chain of steel. A real logistic company is dissertated to be a example. We discuss how to build a core competitive advantage through supply chain management and create a roomage of development for steel logistic company in the future.
     The thesis includes seven chapters. The thesis begins with the introductions of what the selection of the subject is based on, the position of this study and the thinking of this study. In chapter two, we introduce the theory of value chain and supply chain. In chapter three, we analyse the character of the supply chain and how to build a competitive capability through innovating the supply chain of steel for a logistic company. In chapter four, we focus on the structure of new supply chain. In chapter five, a evaluating system is founded. In chapter six, there is a typical example and we point out the importance of advancing the logistic company by constructing a new supply chain of steel. The last chapter is the limitation of this article and prospective of the future study.
