钢管混凝土拱桥施工过程及地震响应分析

摘要
本文以宜宾金沙江戎州大桥为实例,根据施工加载程序的变化,运用有限元软件对该拱桥的施工过程进行了计算分析,对这座拱桥的施工全过程进行模拟仿真,并在此基础上对该桥进行地震响应分析。所做的主要工作如下:
     1、对大跨度钢管混凝土拱桥发展概况以及该类桥梁结构的承载特性进行综述。
     2、运用有限元分析软件,对拱肋吊装阶段进行模拟,对吊装索力与拱肋挠度进行计算。
     3、建立模拟施工过程的空间有限元模型,考虑几何非线性影响分析施工过程中结构的力学特性。预测施工过程中的应力和变形的发展情况,并给实际施工控制提供依据。
     4、对钢管混凝土拱桥地震响应进行分析,对各种地震动输入下桥梁结构关键截面的内力及位移反应进行比较和分析,验算结构的抗震安全性,得出了一些有益结论。这为钢管混凝土拱桥的设计提供一定的参考。
This dissertation take example of Rongzhou Bridge in Yibin acrossing Jinsha river, according to the variety of construction load, calculation and analysis of the construction process is performed with the help of the FEM software, the whole process of construction is simulated and the response of earthquake is analysed. The content of the dissertation is as follows:
     1. Summarize the develop situation and bearing property of long-span CFST arch bridge.
     2. With the help of the FEA software, simulated the rib-hoisting process, calculated the cable force and flexibility.
     3. Space finite element model of CFST arch bridge was set up to analysis the mechanical property of construction process; geometric non-linearity was considered. The development of stress and displacement during construction process was predicted to provide direction for actual construction control.
     4. Analysis the response of earthquake for CFST arch bridge, internal force and displacement of structural crucial sections were compared and discussed for hecking the seismic safety of the structure, gets some beneficial conclusions. It will offer reference to the bridge design.
