建安工程给排水概预算应用软件开发研究

摘要
建安给排水工程普遍实行工程招投标制度，这就要求设计单位和承包商及时测算出工程造价，以便于编制标底和报价。因此，建安给排水工程造价系统的研制与开发是一项具有重要意义的工作。
作者在熟练掌握建安给排水工程造价编制方法的基础上，重点分析了建安给排水工程造价的结构，并且利用面向对象软件工程方法，对建安给排水工程造价系统进行了面向对象分析(OOA)，面向对象设计(OOD)和面向对象程序设计(OOP)，在Windows平台上成功开发出操作简单、实用的建安给排水工程造价系统，最后对[建安工程给排水概预算应用系统ZWL版]系统进行系统调试，表明该系统操作简单、运行可靠，所得结果正确。
该[建安工程给排水概预算应用系统ZWL版]系统具有以下优点：
(1)操作过程的简单性：在整个预算编制过程中，几乎可以用鼠标来完成整个工程造价的编制工作；系统菜单简捷、明了。
(2)计算结果的准确性：[建安工程给排水概预算应用系统ZWL版]系统的自动计算均是按有关规定设计，确保了计算结果的准确性。
(3)打印成果的规范性：系统的报表格式完全遵循建安给排水预算的常规形式，保证输出的表格实用、规范。
该系统经过测试，已经完成了多个给排水预算的编制工作，从而保证了系统的稳定性。
Project bidding system is popularly used in construction and fitting water supply and sewerage engineering, it requires that the designer and the contractor budget the project cost in time, which is helpful to work out the lowest cost and the bidding price. Research and development of cost system of construction and fitting water supply and sewerage engineering is very important.
On the base of master expertly cost-making method of construction and fitting water supply and sewage engineering, the author takes emphasis on analyzing the cost of construction and fitting water supply and sewage project. With the software engineering method of object oriented, OOA, OOD and OOP is used in the cost system of construction and fitting water supply and sewage project. On the windows flat cost, the cost system of construction and fitting water supply and sewage engineering is developed successfully, which can be operated simply and usable. The system adjusting for ZWL Edition of the Cost System of Construction and Fitting Water Supply and Sewage Engineering indicates that, the system can be operated simply and can be run safely and the result is right.
The ZWL Edition of the Cost System of Construction and Fitting Water Supply and Sewage Engineering has the advantages as follow:
l)Simplicity in the operating course: In the whole process of budget making, all the work of project cost making almost can be done with the mouse and the system menu is simple and clear
2)Accuracy of the result: The automatic calculation of the ZWL Edition of the Cost System of Construction and Fitting Water Supply and Sewage Engineering system is designed according to the relevant regulations, which guarantees the accuracy of the result.
3)Regulatory of the typed results: The report form of this system follows the formal format of the budget construction and fitting water supply and sewage engineering totally, which guarantees the deferent sheet is practical and standard.
